Courtyard Hangzhou Qianjiang

We upgraded to a deluxe twin room with a view of Hangzhou U and the Lotus. The 1.4-meter beds were perfect for sleeping with kids, so no more worries about them falling off! The facilities are a bit dated; the TV is quite small, and the channel clarity isn't great. However, the overall stay was still comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It was super convenient for the concert, just a 3-stop, half-hour subway ride. Breakfast was good.

What truly sets Marriott Courtyard apart is the staff's service attitude, making you feel right at home. This one is no exception; it's quite good. However, perhaps because of its proximity to the convention center, the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The toilet and toiletries could be improved, and the hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade – the hot setting is scalding and has only one intensity. On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully.

8.7 I specifically came here for a concert. I did my research online and found that the subway entrance is right outside the hotel, to the right on the first floor, which is an excellent location. It's only two stops to the Big Lotus (stadium). There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs. The room had a great view facing the Big Lotus. Ordering bubble tea from Guming was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it right to the room.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and efficient with the check-in process. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, maintaining a gentle and polite demeanor throughout. My stay was perfect, and the hotel's location is super convenient with a subway station right outside. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

The hotel front desk staff were very nice; they upgraded our room for free and waived the breakfast fee for my child. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making transportation very convenient. The greeters downstairs were also very welcoming! It's a great hotel by the river, and I'll definitely book it again next time!

The design is great, and even though it's been open for many years, the cleanliness and maintenance are still very well-kept. 1. I booked a deluxe twin room, and thanks to my Trip.com membership, I received a complimentary upgrade to a premium twin room upon check-in. The room offered city views, and I could even catch a glimpse of the 'Hangzhou Gate' diagonally. The twin beds were both 1.4 meters wide, making the room very spacious, and the bathroom, including the shower, was also generously sized. 2. The hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. My personal favorite was the Wenzhou glutinous rice – I had it every day for four days, haha! 3. The hotel's location is fantastic. The B1 exit of Chengxing Road Station (Line 4) is right outside to the right, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The furthest we went by subway was Lu Xun's Former Residence in Shaoxing. Taking a taxi to Xiasha Outlets or Xiaoshan Airport both took only about half an hour, which was very convenient. We also frequently visited MixC, which was easily accessible.

I brought my wife and child to Hangzhou and chose to stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. The front desk staff was excellent, very professional and service-oriented. Seeing that we had a child, he offered a lollipop and recommended places like the Children's Palace, as well as giving us tips on local attractions and good restaurants. So thoughtful!
