Arrived quite late, Trip.com called me beforehand to confirm my arrival. The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded me to an executive suite. This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel; a friend really insisted I try it. I've always heard their mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and experiencing it firsthand was truly amazing. It was the best night's sleep I've had recently, I couldn't even get out of bed this morning! I'm seriously considering buying their bedding now.
