Hangzhou Zhuge Homestay (Xihu Scenic Area)

Right inside the scenic area, the location is excellent, perfect for weary workers to unwind on a weekend. It's not far from Nine Creeks in Misty Forest and Longjing Village, allowing you to escape the crowds and explore the tea mountains and ancient paths on foot. At night, you fall asleep to the mountain breeze, and in the morning, you're awakened by birdsong.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, the room had great natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the facilities were complete and worked well. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, providing meticulous service. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was great, and the view of the tea plantations was beautiful. All the staff were very nice, and breakfast was plentiful! It was a very good experience overall.

The owner was incredibly hospitable! They offered us coffee while we waited, and even served us Longjing tea while we were waiting for our flight. They provide breakfast and even a late-night snack service. Plus, the manager is quite handsome!

Nestled in Yangmeiling Village, this guesthouse offers an elegant and pleasant environment with stunning views of expansive tea plantations. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is quite simple but filling. They also offer a complimentary sweet soup in the evenings. The staff are very friendly, and they even give you a small souvenir upon check-out.

My stay here was absolutely perfect, definitely a solid five-star experience! The butler and kitchen staff were incredibly attentive and warm, making sure every little detail was taken care of. It felt just like coming home. The room's facilities were all smart and high-tech, super easy to use, and very sophisticated. And the view from the window? Simply breathtaking – I didn't even want to leave the room. All in all, this was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: This was the most unsatisfactory stay I've had in years of traveling. First, the facilities: the bathroom doorknob was broken, so once you were in, you couldn't get out unless someone opened it from the outside. The shower's display showed below 38 degrees (Celsius) when turned all the way down, but the water was still scalding hot, and its door was also broken. Cleanliness: Don't even get me started on the cleanliness. It was super, super, super bad. There were still hairs on the towels on the sink, not to mention the dust. My friend woke up with several bites on their hand. Service: The only thing I was somewhat satisfied with was the service. Overall: With such unsanitary conditions, I doubt anyone would dare to stay here again.
