Qiyue Song Heritage Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubei Intime Store)

The bedding in the room was very clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It's right by West Lake, making it super convenient for getting around. It's a great choice if you're traveling with elderly family members or kids, as it saves a lot of walking. The nearby Ginza Mall is also quite lively.

No fridge in the room. There's only one elevator serving all floors. The front desk is on the 7th floor, while guest rooms are on the 6th floor and below. This makes using the elevator quite inconvenient, and you can expect long waits when it's busy. The location is very convenient, though. The breakfast view is lovely, and the room itself is very quiet.

The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even gave us little gifts, including one for my child, which was a lovely surprise. We're very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Super close to West Lake, the environment is decent, and the service is great. They even helped follow up with express delivery services and more.

The hotel's location is good, right on Yan'an Road and very close to West Lake. However, you can't cross the road directly; you have to use the underpass nearby. Check-in and the breakfast restaurant are on the 7th floor, offering a distant view of West Lake. The breakfast variety is limited, and the items didn't change much over several days; only the potato salad was decent. I stayed in a tatami room. Upon entering, the vanity is on the left, and the bathroom and toilet are on the right. In the mornings, deliveries to the nearby mall can disturb your sleep, and I suspect there were dust mites in the room as I got several bites.

Convenient location, right opposite the hotel entrance there's a staircase that leads to an underpass, and once you go through, you're at West Lake. Ordering takeout is super easy, as robots deliver right to your room. It's also close to the musical fountain, so you can easily catch the show.
