Great stay at Faery xixi Hotel! The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff all were very helpful, especially the photographer 武昊 and the location was perfect — close to West Lake and surrounding with restaurant. Loved the peaceful vibe of the place. Would recommend it to both solo travelers and couples.

Absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, and the amenities are truly first-class. They offer a convenient shuttle service to take you anywhere you need to go. What was an even more delightful surprise was that the hotel staff noticed it was our birthday and spontaneously presented us with an incredibly lavish afternoon tea! We even received a lovely parting gift upon checkout, and complimentary evening treats were provided. We couldn't have been happier!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the mini-bar was also free to use. Our butler was very responsive, and all the staff were warm and enthusiastic in their service. The facilities showed great attention to detail. They even gave us a lovely parting gift upon checkout. The overall environment met our expectations. Located in the Xixi Wetland scenic area, it's conveniently accessible whether you're driving, taking a taxi, or using public transport (subway). A shuttle service is available to assist with luggage. The room views were also delightful, and the in-room amenities were quite comfortable and pleasant to use. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any photos. However, several service issues prevented me from giving a full five-star rating: 1. I had to proactively add the butler's WeChat myself after inquiring through Ctrip. In my experience with other hotels, the butler or concierge usually reaches out proactively to ask about guest needs in advance. 2. Upon check-in, the front desk staff simply took my ID and handed over a room card, with no introduction to the hotel, no confirmation of my booking details, and absolutely no communication or explanation regarding the services I was entitled to, such as room upgrade benefits or late check-out options. As a result, I completely forgot about the travel photography session I had planned to book and missed the opportunity. 3. Breakfast on the second day was scheduled to end at 10:00 AM, but when we arrived around 9:45 AM, we were informed there were no tables available and we'd have to wait. It makes me wonder if the restaurant's capacity is adequately managed. Furthermore, I personally feel that a 10:00 AM breakfast closing time is a bit early for a resort hotel; many establishments offer breakfast until 10:30 AM or even 11:00 AM. On top of that, the breakfast quality was rather mediocre. 4. During breakfast, perhaps due to how busy the staff were, they initially forgot to bring the coffee we requested, though they did apologize later. While the hotel did offer complimentary fruit upon check-in, small pastries, a cute squirrel toy, and a facial mask during turndown service, and a souvenir bag upon departure – showing genuine thoughtfulness – I believe what truly leaves a lasting impression and connects with guests is sincere and attentive service. The hotel really needs to prioritize and invest in staff training in this area.

What a wonderful summer family trip! It's a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all outstanding, exactly to our taste. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the North Gate entrance of Xixi Wetland Park, surrounded by a peaceful environment. The hotel consistently arranged pickups for us at the park entrance, showcasing truly attentive service. Each day, we were delighted to find thoughtful amenities like complimentary snacks, a small toy, fresh fruit, and an ample supply of bottled water in our room upon return. The air conditioning in the room was strong and kept it perfectly cool and dry. We even frequently spotted small squirrels from our balcony. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay! We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Xixi.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a courtyard room. Having stayed at many branded resort hotels, I can confidently say this is one of the best experiences I've had in the last two years. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again for my next getaway.

The room facilities are top-notch, with all amenities fully provided. It's spotlessly clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the attention to detail is excellent. The hotel's environment is delightful; in summer, it's a verdant paradise, with lush greenery everywhere you look, absolutely beautiful. Little squirrels occasionally scamper across the balcony. The breakfast spread is also very generous, and the service is incredibly attentive. Definitely worth revisiting.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and offered the shuttle service to help us get around. As a point of improvement, suggest the hotel staff to take off shoes when entering guests room to keep the room clean.

The facilities are excellent. There's a parking lot nearby; just park at P4B. It was very thoughtful that staff were waiting at the parking lot to assist with luggage. Our room was just a short walk away, a few hundred meters past charming small bridges and flowing water. The building itself has four floors and an elevator. Inside, the room's decor and amenities were top-notch. It featured an automatic bidet toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and a lovely small balcony perfect for drying clothes and enjoying the lake view. To top it off, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, and we also received welcome fruits.

Extremely comfortable. I was so tired and it was the perfect place to get a good night's rest and recharge.

Located within a beautiful scenic area, the hotel boasts an exceptional environment. The rooms are new, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, offering a wonderfully peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It's the perfect retreat to relax and unwind, highly recommended! Shoutout to Xiao Wan Travel Photographer Tomato, whose photos were fantastic! While the hotel's general service was acceptable, the restaurant service was quite problematic. We ordered a stone pot tofu dish and specifically asked when ordering if it contained any shrimp, as my friend has a severe shrimp allergy – even a trace of shrimp or shrimp broth is unacceptable. We were assured the dish was shrimp-free. However, after a few bites, we suspected something was off. Upon re-inquiring, a different server confirmed with the kitchen that it did, in fact, contain a small amount of shrimp! Thankfully, only a small amount was consumed, but allergies can be serious, even life-threatening. We asked to have the dish removed from our bill, but the restaurant refused. Adding to this, on the day of check-in, when we passed by the restaurant and asked for directions, a young staff member's response was very dismissive. For a restaurant in a hotel of this caliber and price point, such handling is truly unacceptable.

Our room was spacious, overlooking trees, flowers, and a pond. Even with the rainy weather, sitting out on the terrace was very relaxing. Oh, and we even got to feed little squirrels! The room was cleaned promptly, and all the service staff were very polite. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was quite extensive. I especially loved the scallion oil noodles – it wasn't so much the noodles themselves, but the perfectly balanced flavor and seasoning that made them so delicious. Although the surrounding area is a tourist hotspot, the hotel grounds themselves were incredibly quiet (save for the sounds of frogs croaking and wind/rain). There are many restaurants nearby, and I enjoyed dishes like the small *baozi* and *Pian'erchuan* noodles from Wangjianglou, and the whitebait and taro stew from Charencun... all highly recommended. What impressed me most was the check-out service: they arranged a staff member to escort us to the parking lot. Not only did they help with our luggage, but they also took the initiative to photograph our ride-sharing car's license plate, which was a thoughtful safety gesture. Oh, and they even gave us several souvenirs. Thank you so much! I deducted one star for the facilities because there are many stairs, which could be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with disabilities.

Having just stayed at Fanyun Xixi, I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone! 👉 The location is simply unbeatable! Situated right in the core of Xixi Wetland's free zone (Jiangcun Slow Living District), our window overlooked canals and lush greenery. Waking up to birdsong was magical, and squirrels often came to visit our terrace 🐿️ (the butler even gifted us a squirrel plushie!). 👉 The room was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave! A tatami tea table paired with a charming ground-floor courtyard made it incredibly cozy. The mini-bar was fully stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. They spared no expense on amenities: a Dyson hairdryer, Atelier Cologne toiletries, and a smart toilet – truly top-notch! The mattress was perfectly firm, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. 👉 The service felt incredibly personalized, like interacting with friends. We added the butler on WeChat beforehand, and registering our license plate ensured seamless park entry. Upon arrival, they proactively upgraded our room. At checkout, we were even given local 'mahua' snacks and an eighteen-seed bracelet from Lingyin Temple. Turndown service included another squirrel plushie, welcome fruit, and qian shi gao (Gorgon fruit cake) – truly a delight for those who appreciate attention to detail! 👉 Dining and activities were absolutely flawless! The breakfast Pian'er Chuan noodles were incredibly fresh and delicious. The sculling boat afternoon tea is an absolute must-try – an hour of serene boating with exquisite tea and snacks, it was truly breathtaking! Plus, a back gate leads directly to Hezhu Street, a less crowded and picturesque spot perfect for snapping countless photos. In conclusion, if your budget allows, this is truly the ultimate Xixi getaway – a prime wetland location, impeccable details, and truly heartfelt service. I would definitely come back for a second stay!
