Excellent service! We were very satisfied. We ordered two deliveries, and the staff personally brought them to our room! Other details were also great. We'll definitely come back next time.

We arrived quite late, and the hotel upgraded our room, which was a fantastic experience. This is a renowned five-star hotel in Hangzhou, with luxurious and timeless decor. Facilities: High-floor rooms offer direct views of West Lake. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Conveniently located right by the Wulin Night Market and West Lake, making for a beautiful setting. Service: I forgot something, and the hotel helped me mail it. When we checked out, the concierge and security even offered us ice water – a welcome relief from the 40-degree Celsius Hangzhou weather! Additionally, the breakfast hall is very grand with a great atmosphere, making for a comfortable dining experience.

They sent fruit, which was a nice touch, thank you! The room was okay, but since it wasn't on a high floor, there was no lake view. The location is absolutely fantastic – right next to Wulin Night Market, so dining and shopping are super convenient. Kerry Centre and in77 are just a short walk away. I even bumped into someone I know downstairs, which is crazy!

We specifically booked a triple room, and it was decent, though a bit small. Everything else was fine, and the best part is the convenient location, right next to West Lake and Wulin Night Market. We had the hotel breakfast for three consecutive days, and it was pretty good! My favorite was the freshly squeezed juice!

Felt right at home! The concierge team, especially Xiao Hong and another gentleman, were incredibly patient and attentive. Jingjing at the front desk was very thoughtful, and the housekeeping staff adjusted the bedding, vacuumed promptly, and even helped dry my clothes. Even though it's an older hotel, the service is truly top-notch, and the location is fantastic. If the prices stay reasonable, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. The concierge team also told me that bus route 7 right outside goes directly to Lingyin Temple. And the restaurant on the 8th floor offers panoramic views of West Lake!

Very close to West Lake, and convenient for subway travel. It's only a ten-minute walk to the Hubin Yintai in77 commercial area. Our room attendant, Jin Yajun, was very enthusiastic and even gave us a lot of fruit when we checked out.

The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views in the evening, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the breakfast is quite extensive. Overall, it's great value for money. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping nearby.

The hotel is close to West Lake, but the facilities are a bit old. The cleaning staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, but the breakfast restaurant staff seemed unhappy.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from West Lake. The rooftop lake view terrace offers a panoramic view of the entire West Lake, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the lobby is grand and elegant. Special thanks to staff member Hu Qianya, who helped with accounting and invoicing; her service was meticulous, making for a perfect experience!

I highly recommend the Hangzhou Wanghu Hotel; my entire stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was exceptionally professional, polite, and patient throughout. After understanding my needs, they thoughtfully upgraded my room type, which was a very generous gesture. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to West Lake. You can walk to Broken Bridge and the lakeside musical fountain. It's also just a few hundred meters' walk to Longxiangqiao and Fengqi Road subway stations, making commuting incredibly convenient. There are abundant commercial resources nearby, with Hubin Yintai, Wulin Road Pedestrian Street, and Wulin Night Market all within easy reach, making dining, shopping, and errands very convenient. The hotel's internal facilities are well-maintained, and cleaning is meticulous. Public areas are well-equipped, and all requests, from check-in to check-out, were handled promptly. The service quality of this established hotel is consistently high, making it suitable for both leisure and short business trips.

As always, a star-rated hotel experience. The room size isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection was quite good too; it would have been perfect if they had sticky rice!
