Perfect Stay in Hangzhou I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hangzhou. The service was top-notch-staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel is spotless, with modern rooms offering stunning views of the city and surrounding areas. The cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out, and the amenities were fantastic. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience with no complaints. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

1. The location is great, right by the Qiantang River, next to the 'Big Lotus' stadium. It's near Exit D5 of Metro Line 6 (though it's a bit of a walk from the exit). 2. Overall, I was satisfied with the room, but the window in room 2017 was incredibly dirty, and to make matters worse, there were bars obstructing the view. Even though the 'Big Lotus' was right outside, my view was spoiled. 3. On the night of my stay, there was a Yu Kewei concert, and I got to enjoy it for free from my room! (The concert ended around 9:30 PM, so it didn't really affect my sleep, but a later finish would definitely be an issue). 4. When checking in, I was told that check-out was at 2 PM (even though we were there for a marathon, no further extensions were possible). However, when I returned to my room just before 1 PM, I found my key card had been deactivated, and I couldn't get in. Luckily, a cleaning lady was nearby and opened the door for me. But since most of the guests that day were marathon runners, hardly anyone checked out in the morning. The cleaning lady was visibly annoyed and kept grumbling. Overall, despite being the official hotel for the marathon finish line, it seems the hotel wasn't really prepared to welcome marathon participants. The air conditioning worked great, the room was spacious, and the hotel's ambiance was elegant. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended! It's also very convenient for shopping. The room design was quite unique, spotlessly clean, and even had a bathtub. I look certainly look forward to staying here again.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with a subway station right outside, making it easy to access major attractions and shopping districts. We tried both the hotel's gym and swimming pool, which were fantastic and free for in-house guests! The facilities were also well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious.

Front counter service was alright. They were happy to assist to order on behalf when I needed help with food delivery since the app didn’t work on my phone without a China number. Shower stall smelled of dampness and mildew. Housekeeping lady insisted on cleaning my room everyday, even though my DND sign was on. Still, she did a good job and was friendly all the time so kudos to Ms 秋。The room I was given was opposite a busy crossroads and I couldn’t really rest well on some days with the constant car horns going off (the drivers in Hangzhou are an impatient bunch so the horns were plenty). Even so, the bed was extremely comfy and the room was decent. Towels were clean. Was there for a 2-day concert and it was a straight line 20-min walk to the Olympic Arena.

Very good. I asked the front desk to print the documents for work. They are very enthusiastic. I am grateful. I will keep an eye on the house next time I come.

Qianjiang Bay New Century Hotel Staying in the family suite at Qianjiang Bay New Century Hotel was an amazing experience! The room was specially decorated with a children's tent and a LEGO wall. As soon as my child entered, they immediately ran to build blocks and had a blast. The most delightful surprise was the exclusive bathtub for soaking, with water at just the right temperature and rubber duckies to play with. My little one giggled while bathing. The space was large enough for adults to relax and kids to play without disturbing each other. Every detail showed how thoughtful they are towards children – choosing this place for a family trip was both worry-free and heartwarming! The gym and laundry room were also quite impressive. The laundry room was bright and clean, with white counters and green plants. The washing machines were neatly arranged, and the mountain and river views outside the window were so relaxing. The gym was even better; the equipment was new and comprehensive, with treadmills, elliptical machines, and more. Dark red walls had TVs, allowing you to work out while enjoying the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the lawn, bridge, and distant mountains. When tired, there were leather sofas to rest on. Even the休息区 (lounge area) was thoughtfully designed with blue and orange accent walls and children's toys, making it easy to bring kids along. Exercising and doing laundry both became enjoyable – attention to detail truly shows. The breakfast selection was comprehensive, with clearly divided sections for Chinese hot dishes, noodles, Western bread, fruits, and yogurt. Food was replenished promptly. Window seats offered views of the Qiantang River, providing an expansive view, especially beautiful in the early morning and evening. The dining environment was clean, and the service was proactive and enthusiastic, making it easy to dine with children. I recommend arriving early or choosing a high-floor window seat for an even better experience. Next to the hotel is Baolong Plaza, offering convenient options for dining and entertainment. We will definitely be frequent visitors.

I spent the weekend hiking in Hangzhou, tackling the Nine Creeks to Hupao trail over two days. I stayed at Anpu Hotel, located on the opposite bank of the Qiantang River. Arriving early on the first day, the hotel swiftly arranged my check-in and even provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious with an expansive view, and the river view was particularly stunning in the morning as dawn broke! This two-day, one-night trip was excellent. I also noticed that the Six Harmonies Pagoda and the zoo are nearby. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits to Hangzhou, especially if I plan to explore the attractions in this area.

I stayed here for the second time, both times for concerts. The environment and transportation are very good, very close to the subway station, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the D exit of Xingmin. There are also concert support items at the front desk of the hotel, which is very good! The service attitude is also good, just average. The room is not small, and the hygiene is also good. What I am not very satisfied with is that the speed of delivery to the room is very slow. Basically, I have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes every time before the front desk can deliver it to the room. It may be because the waiting time for the elevator is long and the number of meals delivered by the robot at one time is too small. In addition, it takes a long time to wait for the room staff to come to the room to deal with the problem.

The key point is that it's only a 2-minute walk from the Children's Hospital! You don't have to get up at 5 o'clock to rush for an expert appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning (those who understand will understand). There is a convenience store and a fruit store downstairs, which is very convenient to buy milk powder and diapers in the middle of the night! Check-in experience: The front desk lady saw us holding the sleeping baby, and immediately tiptoed to check us in in a low voice, which was very heartwarming! The elevator requires a card to be swiped, which is very safe, and the view on the 14th floor is super wide. Room details are amazing: 1. 1.8m big bed 2. Smart constant temperature toilet, 3. Super large screen projector, children can enjoy watching cartoons. I give 100 points for hygiene! You can smell the sun as soon as you enter the door. Surrounding Easter eggs: There is a small children's playground 5 minutes away from the hotel, and ~ 15 minutes walk to Powerlong City, where Internet celebrity restaurants/children's playgrounds are all available.
