Indigo Hotels in Hangzhou

A very nice 4-star hotel located in uptown Hangzhou with full of surprises! 2-min walk to metro, 25 mins to Westlake tourism areas. Service excellence is one of the key contributions to a 5-star comment. All the staffs from front desk to housekeeping and even the security guard at the door are well trained with attentive to details. Room is ok except the shower place and toilet is in separate compartment next to each other with no glass door. The sink is part of the open area of the room. Last but not the least, breakfast is even better than many 5-star hotels!

I took my kids to climb Tianmu Mountain and stayed here for two nights. It's about ten minutes' drive to Xitianmu Mountain and Chanyuan Temple, which is quite convenient. The hotel is in a residential area, the overall environment is very good, the room facilities are relatively new, and the service attitude is also very good. During the stay, I had two breakfasts and two dinners at the hotel. The dinners were suitable for children, and the taste of the buffet breakfast needs to be improved. The package also gave farm, travel photography and other experience projects. Due to limited time, I only went to the looklook farm to feed the small animals, which is suitable for young babies.
