The hotel's location is excellent, making it super easy to get to West Lake with no commute needed – just a short walk to all the popular, bustling scenic spots! 😊 The hotel facilities are really comprehensive. I hit the gym and worked on my chest muscles; the full-length mirrors there are fantastic for checking out my form and physique. Plus, there's a makeup mirror with a ring light 🌟, so no more mirror anxiety, haha! Highly recommend!

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

Crystal Orange Hangzhou West Lake Hotel is located opposite Liulang Wenying Park by the West Lake. It is adjacent to Lei Fengxizhao, Changqiao Park, and high-end bars by West Lake. It has a beautiful environment and convenient transportation.  The hotel lobby is full of glass and 15 meters high, and there is a full-glass sightseeing elevator in the lobby. All guest rooms are equipped with 65-inch LCD color TVs, and Kohler sanitary ware is used in all guest rooms. In addition to conventional high-speed wired Internet access, the entire hotel is covered by wireless network. The standard configuration of the rooms includes refrigerators, hair dryers, etc. It is an ideal place for fashion people and business travelers.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The owner is handsome and very nice. The location is excellent, close to West Lake and not far from the subway. The room layout is clean and tidy, and the bathroom sink area is separated into wet and dry zones, which is great. There's also a projector, which is a big plus. Plus, there's a community canteen nearby that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If I were to recommend a place to stay in Hangzhou recently, I would enthusiastically suggest Xihu Yinxiang. First, the hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The facilities are comprehensive and high-spec, offering disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners. Rooms are spacious, with a charming small landscape outside the window. The air conditioning is powerful, and soundproofing is excellent. It also has its own free parking lot. Second, the service is outstanding. From management to staff, everyone greets you with a smile and a kind demeanor. They are thorough in their explanations and clear in their communication. They even communicate breakfast options in advance and thoughtfully deliver it to your room, which is a big plus. Furthermore, the location is superb. It's easy to find, situated near a main road. It's a mere 200 meters as the crow flies from West Lake, close to the Shuangqiao Scenic Area, and an excellent spot to view the 'Leifeng Pagoda in the Sunset'. Numerous bus routes right outside make getting around incredibly convenient. There are many famous Hangzhou restaurants nearby, such as Zhiweiguan, and it's very close to the China Academy of Art. Compared to other older, well-known hotels in the vicinity, this one stands out for its newness and reasonable pricing, offering excellent value for money. Overall, a very satisfying stay in Hangzhou. One minor point to note: there's a construction site behind the hotel, so you might occasionally hear some construction noise between 9 AM and 6 PM. However, it's absolutely quiet at night.
