Marriott Executive Apartments properties in Hangzhou

1. The soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear noise from next door and the vacuum cleaner upstairs, but it didn't stop me from sleeping. 2. The cocktails at the 3rd-floor restaurant were very poor, and the desserts were just average. The fried items had too much batter. 3. Room service typically took about 40 minutes to arrive. The burger and shrimp noodles were good, but I'd skip the shrimp soup. 4. The mouthwash cup in the bathroom was cracked and needs to be replaced. 5. The service was excellent; I could call at any time to get issues resolved, though I usually had to wait about 15 minutes. 6. The apartment design is very practical, complete with cutlery and appliances.

The room is very spacious, offering a perfect living experience, and comes fully equipped with all household appliances, including a washer-dryer combo, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and rice cooker. The hotel is directly connected to a mall downstairs, parking is free, and getting around nearby is super convenient. My friend and I stayed for two days and were extremely satisfied. The service was excellent; both check-in and check-out were swift. They even contacted me about an item I left in the room and arranged to have it couriered back. A special thanks to Daisy!
