It perfectly met all my needs, whether for a quick stay or a relaxing getaway. The in-room amenities were exceptionally well-maintained; all the appliances looked brand new. The air conditioning, both cooling and heating, was powerful and operated silently, ensuring my rest wasn't disturbed at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a mattress that was just right – neither too soft nor too firm. Lying down, my fatigue instantly melted away, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful wet/dry separation, so showering and washing up didn't interfere with each other. The shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water was instant. The toiletries were also of good quality, providing peace of mind. The desk, wardrobe, and shelves in the room were well-arranged, offering ample storage space, which was incredibly convenient for organizing personal items – a really thoughtful design detail. The public area facilities were also impeccable. The lobby was spacious and bright, and the sofas in the resting area were comfortable, making waiting and relaxing very pleasant. The elevators ran smoothly and quickly, so there was no long wait to go up or down, even during peak hours. The hotel also had a clean and tidy laundry room with both washing machines and dryers, which is incredibly practical for long-term travelers, easily solving any laundry concerns. Furthermore, the hotel's fire safety and security facilities were excellent, with safety notices visible everywhere, making me feel completely secure during my stay. Overall, the hotel's facilities balanced practicality with comfort, and they were meticulously maintained, with no signs of age or damage. Every detail showed the hotel's dedication to upkeep. The comprehensive facilities greatly enhanced my stay, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Booked two rooms for a three-night stay and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, and the location was perfect – super convenient for dining and getting around. They even gave us a little souvenir when we checked out, and the breakfast spread was fantastic! It would be even more perfect if the hotel offered bike rentals! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and close proximity to the business district, making it efficient and hassle-free for work. The room was clean and quiet, with a practical layout and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's rest. The desk and chair were spacious and suitable, and the internet was stable and fast, perfectly meeting all business travel needs. The hotel service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were courteous and polite. The facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety. The overall environment was quiet and not noisy. It's suitable for both short business trips and longer stays, offering great value for money. I was looking at hotels for a while before coming, and my friend insisted on staying by West Lake. I felt it would be too noisy and the hotels there aren't new. Plus, I was really wary of negative reviews mentioning hygiene issues. It wasn't until the day before we left that I discovered the new Mercure that opened this year. My city actually has one, so I had a good impression, and with it being newly opened, I booked it without hesitation. I really wasn't disappointed. There was no strange smell in the room, and we even got a welcome fruit platter. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the room or the details. Since it's a new building, there was some renovation happening on other floors. The hotel had thoughtful notices everywhere, mentioning that renovation might occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. But for us, who were out early and back late, it didn't affect us at all. Getting a taxi from the hotel was super convenient. My friend said the breakfast was also very rich and the environment was good. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. This young man, in particular, was so considerate and helped me load my luggage into the car. He definitely deserves praise – details really do make all the difference!

The hotel entrance is right by the subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. The front desk service was very warm and attentive. The room facilities are brand new, and they offer complimentary drinks. The lobby area is great, with a coffee machine, and there's a laundry room on the first floor.

This was my second solo trip to Hangzhou, and I chose this hotel for its convenient location and to experience local life – everything was just perfect! Getting around was a breeze: it's close to the subway (making it very easy to get to and from Hangzhou East Station), and other public transport options are readily available. The local amenities were great too; there's a fantastic street food area near the hotel. The room service was comprehensive (water, soft drinks, tea bags, and coffee were all provided), and the hotel facilities were excellent, including a gym and laundry room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options (both Chinese and Western), and the sleeping environment was superb with comfortable bedding, pillows, and excellent soundproofing. Highly satisfied!

The Mercure Hangzhou East Railway Station is absolutely amazing! 👍 The staff are all so warm and kind, and the rooms are great too. The nearest Pengbu Metro Station is just a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is really rich, they even have freshly made wontons and noodles!

The hotel location was really good for us. our kids visit their friends for the pajama party they stayed at their friends home and we booked the hotel nearby. The hotel design furniture was really good. Very clean and big room.The bed was very comfortable and big. The only problem was that for this level hotel it’s not acceptable to not have robe towels. When i was booking i checked the room photos and there were robe towels in the photos. later when we checked in, it was no robe towels. It was too late to ask them to bring it at night, next morning i asked reception how it possible, they said sorry we can send it yo your room now, i said it’s too late we where her only for 1 night))) The breakfast was yummy, some Chinese style some international style mixed kitchen. but everything was yummy.

This hotel is super close to Xixi National Wetland Park, and right next to the Huawu subway station. Xixi Wetland is huge, you could easily spend two days exploring it. The hotel service was excellent, and the room was neat and clean. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The on-site parking lot has charging stations, which is really convenient.
