I booked a double room for 2nights and staff 005 served us. She provided adequate information to us and very helpful whenever we asked her something. The room is spacious enough for 2pax and we could open a 28inch luggage in the room. Toiletries are provided, including shampoo, body gel and hair conditional. The room is clean. There is a coffee machine at the lobby and they served it with milk n sugar too, a plus point as most of the hotel only provides Americano. There is a free laundry room at level 1 too which you can wash n dry your clothes. If you are visiting SongCheng, this hotel definitely worth to stay. Only less than 10mins walking distance to SongCheng. Nearby there isn’t any restaurants or convenient stall but you can order meituan, hotel have a robot service to deliver the food straight to your room.

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it convenient to get to Songcheng, and the food at Xintai Department Store was also quite nice. We even stayed in a river-view room with electric curtains, which was generally fine. However, there were a few minor flaws that I hope can be improved upon. Firstly, regarding item security: I left an umbrella in the umbrella area by the entrance, and it was gone after I went out. The hotel staff said they weren't responsible and that I was on my own, and they wouldn't even let me see the surveillance footage. It was a perfectly good, large umbrella, and it's a real shame it's just gone. Secondly, the TV remote control wasn't working well, and despite reporting it, there was no improvement. Thirdly, the complimentary Lingyin Temple guided tour was decent, but I noticed that one of the prayer bead bracelets they gave us seemed to be missing two beads – one had 18, the other 16. The 16-bead one was quite difficult to wear, digging into my wrist. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that, and since it was free, I'm not going to complain too much. However, the meeting point for the map was incorrectly located, about 1.2 kilometers off from the actual spot. If anyone plans to go, be sure to check the location beforehand to avoid going out of your way.

The room is large in size and the decoration is new and hygienic. The mattress is very comfortable. The shower head has a large amount of water, and the hotel's breakfast is rich and fresh. The hotel is very close to the ancient scene area of Hangzhou, a 10-minute walk away. Free laundry and drying service. The quality of the Home Inn is as good as ever and cost-effective. Stayed for one night and was very satisfied and stayed for another night.
