We arrived around 2:00 a.m., and the receptionist processed our check-in promptly. Despite the late hour, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. After being delayed for over three hours on the autobahn due to an accident, his kindness and welcoming attitude made a real difference. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality.

The accommodation was very clean! That's a huge plus. However, what I really have to complain about is the lack of an independent way to cool or heat the room. In May, the rooms were extremely warm. At the front desk, I was told that the air conditioning runs centrally and cannot be controlled, and that I should just open the windows. Their comment: you can't expect more from a budget hotel. 1. Only 1 out of 2 windows actually opened. 2. This meant you could hear all the train traffic, including ambulances. Not for light sleepers. Also, the reception wasn't very friendly that day. Other than that, though, it was okay.

The hotel lobby is beautifully designed. They don't provide the most basic daily room cleaning or proactively replace used towels, but they claim that this is for the sake of environmental protection? ? It is strongly recommended that the hotel "note this feature on the sales page, or clearly inform customers when checking in, or post a notice in the room"! ! The hotel is located in a remote area of ​​the city, close to the train tracks, and the windows must be closed to block out the noise.

The room is quite big for Germany, clean, sanitary and comfortable. It is also close to the train station and can be reached on foot. The transportation location is good, not far from the airport. The hotel has simple meals and the pizza tastes good.

The room is good, the transportation is good, one subway stop away from the central train station and two subway stops away from the city center. It is also convenient to walk to Rewe and DM in three to five minutes. You have to take the initiative to ask the front desk to clean every day, otherwise it will not be changed every day.

Alles war super, nur das Zimmer lag neben die Bahn und man hörte die Züge über die Nacht Tolles Frühstück

有兩個房間，外面的比較小，裏面空間很大，洗手間和洗澡的地方比較小，出差還是可以的

房間不大，衞生還可以，停車方便。
