The room is large, especially the bathroom. Although the facilities are far away, they are generally very clean. The key is that the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. There is Vietnamese rice noodles. It is quite rich. This price feels great value.

Value for money and good location. Clean sheets and towels with comfortable bed. But slightly dusty at the corners of the room and dated furnitures. But one of the most generous hotels i have been to which provided many thiughtful toiletries for use by the guests. They even have nail clippers; nail file; paper plates and disposable utensils for snacks. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Will consider booking this hotel chain again.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Hanoi but this is the best thus far. It is a triple room and has things provided like a 5 star hotel room (eg. bath robes, magnifying mirror, bathtub, hair band, etc.) and the rate is very good. The breakfast is a good variety of food and it is sumptuous. However, need to cross the road to another building for breakfast. Next time I will book a room in that building instead. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
