Fantastic place! Clean and spacious. There's a restaurant right next door, and it's near Japan Street, so amenities are excellent. There's also an affordable massage parlor nearby.

The hotel stated check-in was until 11:30 PM, so I arrived right on time, but the door was locked and the hotline was unreachable. It was a terrible hassle. I was also given a room key for the 9th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 8th. I thought the number was wrong and wandered around all the floors, completely lost. Turns out, I had to take the stairs from the 8th floor up towards the rooftop. I really don't want to experience that again.

I stayed for two nights and was not satisfied. The room given was not the one I booked—it was a rooftop unit next to a laundry area, with no direct lift access. Basic amenities like a kitchen and fridge were missing, the soundproofing was poor, and the window couldn’t be opened, leaving no view or ventilation. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not match the listing. Only highlights as Staff is friendly and helpful .

At first, they overlook my booking in which I book 2 rooms but they prepare only 1. But, they are quick to change to another property. Unfortunately the replacement apartment, the utensil is dirty. Room bit smaller than original. The workers is helpful and location also ok.

Very good spot, right near the junction of the street. Good location if you like japanese bars. Streets come alive at night, day time is just the usual hustle and bustle of the city life moving along. Bare necessities in terms of toiletries, but the room is good enough to sleep in that's all that matters.

The location was fantastic, which I personally really appreciated. With restaurants nearby for both breakfast and dinner, I had everything I needed. I'd definitely rebook!
