I had a great experience staying here. First, the location is great. Lotte Center is within walking distance. Second, the area is naturally noisy, but the hotel is nestled deep in residential buildings, making it quiet. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and kitchenware. There's also a great washing machine. The air conditioning works both for cooling and heating, which is important in Hanoi's winter. It's also very clean, which is impressive. This applies to the room, the grounds, and even the access roads. The manager was very polite and attentive. We were checked in early and given a room on the 3rd floor, which actually had a lake view. The currency exchange rate is favorable, which isn't part of the hotel business, but it's a nice bonus. Thank you to the management for taking care of their customers.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's top-notch for its price range in Hanoi. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and free of mold. The staff are very welcoming.
