This is a very good accommodation in Hanoi! Comfortable, fully-equipped apartment, located near the lake with lots of cafe and restaurant choices around.

Facilities required more maintenance, our air-conditioning and hair drier r not well-functioning. But overall r good.

Everything was great, service and cleanliness. Loved that there was an option at the hotel to book day trips. The location is excellent with the view of the lake in front og the of hotel. Helpful staff. Would definitely return for another stay. Loved that they cleaned the room every second day!

The location is great just next to the west lake. And the hotel is mainly on the back side of the main big road. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced in years. Everything was just perfect with lots of cherries on the top. The roof had an amazing well maintained garden that had a splendid view over the nearby lake. The hotel staff especially the very smart, proactive, prompt, professional, and friendly staff (Alice) was amazingly capable and made my stay in Hanoi super easy. She helped me exchange money, buy a local sim card, and locate the best city attractions to visit during the limited free time I had. I traveled to many countries and this hotel staff is indeed the best one I have ever met. She even told me she has her own KPIs after a year and I will be curious to know if she will achieve them! The room was perfect for my needs and beyond. It had a fridge, an automatic washing machine, and a kitchen with induction heater, pots, plates, cutlery… etc. There was also a table with three chairs and a long soft sofa. I am just thinking this was really a super good deal and relatively more quiet because it was a bit away from the old town but still within an easy to reach range. I will definitely book it again if I find myself in Hanoi again.

A very cozy hotel. It is located in the northern part of the city right by the lake. Friendly staff. We lived in the simplest room and it was very cozy, albeit small. The room had absolutely everything you could think of: a kitchen, dishes, a washing machine and laundry detergent, even a rice cooker! The bed linen and towels were clean, and the room was also quite clean by the standards of Vietnamese hotels. The most important thing is that the room had a bathtub, not a shower, which is very rare. It's a good location, although it's far from the old town, but this place is quite quiet and very beautiful from the lake. Nearby there are shops, local cafes and coffee shops. The only negative that I can mention concerns our room. There was some kind of technical equipment in the next room (maybe a laundry room or a boiler), and sometimes it started making very loud noises, which interfered with sleep. If the budget allows, take superior rooms and everything will be just fine!

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the main issue was the poor and unstable internet connection. Even after multiple complaints, this problem was not resolved.

They have different types of rooms and apartments. Check in was easy and size of the apartment we stayed was pretty decent

Clean hotel. Lovely staff. My studio room was extremely quiet and comfortable. The lake area is also quiet with lots of cute cafes walking distance. The only downside is the mattress which is uncomfortable and I am not picky.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The front desk service is excellent, and you can enjoy a view of West Lake from the room. The atmosphere is very comfortable.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious with premium feel. We were able to get to our destinations easily using Grab with the hotel's location. The staffs were accommodating to our concerns and were able to respond to us urgently. Foreigner-friendly staff helped us to familiarize the great spots around the hotel. Tony, responsive staff who was able to reply to us back on our communication line. Liam, approachable and quick to provide us assistance on our needs. Alice, was able to give us tips for a good restaurant we want to try in the area. Hotel is a must try if you want to experience traveling near Old Quarters, Lotte mall or Hanoi in general.

Didn't use the facilities and didn't need the help in Hanoi as I know it well. Internet was good connection and room size also good. There are a few local nice coffee shops downstairs with a view of the lake.

A lovely small hotel with a view of the lake, perfect for watching the sunset from the cafes right outside the entrance. The area has many local eateries and small shops with everything you might need. I stayed for five nights and was very pleased: it’s a good, quiet neighborhood, yet only a 30-minute walk to the Old Quarter. Special thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff - Alice, Tony, and Liam - for their advice, support, and recommendations!

Genuinely just an amazing service and everything, room was perfectly clean and included basic necessities which was very helpful. Staff were unbelievably kind and great people. If I come back I’ll definetly try to stay there again. Trust me it’s also in a beautiful area it was very fun.
