When I arrived, there was no staff there, but that was because they were on vacation. The front desk isn't open 24 hours a day, but if you email them and say something like the electric kettle isn't working, they'll come and replace it right away. The staff speaks English. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. It would have been better if they had a luggage storage service. After checking out, I went sightseeing with my luggage.

This is the hotel I stayed at while transiting through Hanoi, Vietnam for one day. I checked in late, but the owner kindly guided me. However, unlike typical hotels, it felt more like Airbnb, and although the entrance was a bit dark, the room was spacious and sufficient for a day.

The hotel is in an easy-to-find location, near West Lake. However, the room I received was not the same as the photo. The room felt very small. The refrigerator still had ice cream and a bag of ice cubes from the previous guest, which shows that the hotel did not clean carefully. There was only about half a roll of toilet paper, not filled. The door was loose and not soundproof. The air conditioner did not work very well. The electrical outlets were not conveniently located. It felt like it was not worth the money spent.
