The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was tidied up daily. The hotel is located in an alley near the Temple of Literature, so it's quiet and peaceful, and not far from the Old Quarter. The staff provided excellent service; they helped carry my luggage to the room upon arrival and also helped when I was leaving.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around with plenty of snack bars nearby and close proximity to all the major attractions. The front desk staff are very friendly and available 24/7, always ready to assist with luggage when coming and going.

The front desk staff's English was incredibly fluent! They were attentive and warm. The suite was very quiet, and it even had appliances like a washing machine and microwave. The decor had a wonderful local feel, and housekeeping was prompt and even helped fold my clothes 🥹. If I ever come to Hanoi again, I'll definitely stay here. Big thanks to the friendly front desk guy with glasses!

Location is a 30 minute walk from Old Quarter where most things are happening but me and partner didn’t mind. It’s also right next the the temple of literature which is a good historical attraction. The soundproofing in the room isn’t amazing but the hotel is away from main roads so you don’t hear any noise from the streets outside. Staff were very accommodating and friendly
