I was very disappointed. I tried to change my arrival date and cancel my booking due to visa issues and travel restrictions, but I was unable to get any helpful response from the hotel. The staff did not seem attentive or responsive, which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. They insisted I inform them by phone, but I couldn’t communicate with them. I have had no issues getting refunds from other hotels, but this one was unhelpful and cold in handling my situation. I will not recommend this hotel for my next trip and to my friends!

Aside from being super close to everything, easy walking distance, giant bed with crisp fresh white sheets, AC and free wifi,, There is fresh Banh Mi everywhere and all hours the day and night. Ngau was a was my go to girl! Needed to booked another night, not a problem. Accidentally split OJ all over the floor, sorted and cleaned ASAP. I wanted to book a cruise for the next day, she suggested many options, listening to what I did and don’t want. I was silly and went with a different on. She warmed me about how some companies will add on extra costs if you’re travelling solo. When I got confirmation - this other place had added an extra $150USD (for being solo and the pick up (not additional transfers) were also not included. Thankfully Ngua had already contacted the cruise she thought I would love and at a great price and was able to get me on it with less than 16hours before I left. So far I have LOVED she and extremely grateful for her! Instead of heading back to Hanoi after the cruise. I had told her I was thinking of going straight to Hoi An. She suggested stopping in Nimh Binh! Another place I wanted to fo but wasn’t sure if I would have time. Any questions I’ve had, she’s been happy to help, give advice, full of interesting information and educate me and even tips for Anywhere and everywhere! I could not thank and praise her enough for how seamless she has made the last few days for me! EXTRAORDINARY WOMAM with a beautiful heart 🌟⭐️✨💫🤩

Having just returned from Vietnam, where we spent three weeks from September 26th to October 14th, 2025, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the warm welcome we received from our hostess, Ms. Gnau Ha, manager of the Madelise Adora Hotel, located in the historic center of Hanoi, which became our base for the entire duration of our stay. Not only did she provide us—a group of four—with exceptionally comfortable accommodations at a very competitive price, but she also helped us plan our customized itinerary and ultimately made the necessary adjustments due to the rather challenging weather conditions we encountered. In doing so, she ensured our trip was as enjoyable as possible. I would therefore highly recommend her to any future visitor, adding that she speaks impeccable French, which greatly facilitated communication. Thanks to her, we are returning with the most wonderful memories of our trip. And we will never forget her!
