My stay at Classyc Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Town district was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled right in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, the hotel perfectly balances comfort, elegance, and accessibility—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a lasting impression with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. The team was always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal touches that made the experience feel truly special. The room itself was beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with subtle touches of Vietnamese charm. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being located in such a lively area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful details—from quality toiletries to complimentary refreshments—added to the overall sense of luxury. One of the highlights of staying at Classyc Hotel is its prime location. Being situated in the Old Town district means that many of Hanoi’s famous attractions, local eateries, and vibrant street markets are just a short walk away. The breakfast offered at the hotel was another standout feature. It is in a suitable location for walking. The room feels quite small. Breakfast is appropriate. The gym equipment and facilities are very disappointing.

Great hotel, cleanliness is up to standard, water heater is constant, air conditioning is great no stench smell, staff friendliness and customer service is top notch, I do not usually bother to leave review but this hotel definitely deserve a good review, however I wish that maybe there can be more varieties of breakfast. On top of that I will like to compliment staff Miss Fancy, her attention to details and customer service is one of the best, I personally feel she should be groom and given the opportunity of a management role. Really satisfied and had a wonderful stay at this hotel !!!

The hotel shows great hospitality. As a returning guest, a cake and card was placed on the table and it was a pleasant surprise as I checked in. The room has a balcony and was very spacious. The check in and check out was very fast and upon checking out, Ms Tracy helped to call the transport company just to ensure that my pick up was in order. The food massage was very good and the breakfast and lunch set was very delicious. Super clean hotel and 5 mins to the lake. The drinks at the bar/restaurant are good! You can see the sunrise at the pool level.Highly recommend all to stay here.
