The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety each day, and it tasted great. The room had everything we needed, and most importantly, it had a window! I've seen many hotels at a similar price point that either don't have windows or only have interior windows, which feels really stuffy. Some don't even include breakfast. So, I really feel this place offers excellent value for money. Plus, the location is convenient, right near Train Street, making it easy to get anywhere.

Traveling abroad with my family and young child, I compared several hotels before settling on this one. It had a high overall rating of 4.5, which was a big plus. The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, making life easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's not far from anywhere we wanted to go. Even the train street was less than a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel was incredibly rich and varied. My child and I ate breakfast there every day, and we had so many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The environment is great, and there's a lovely lady who speaks Chinese. Breakfast is rich and varied. There's a local market right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Plus, all the nearby attractions are just a stone's throw away.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! For the price there is nothing wrong with it, breakfast had good selection, spacious room, felt very safe as a solo female traveller, incredibly staff and lots of amenities in the room including minibar (additional charges), toiletries, smart tv, fan, aircon. Was about 15 minutes walk from old quarter so a little bit out of town but grab bikes are around £1 so can’t really say it’s a bad thing. Would definitely come back on my next stay, have high expectations for Vietnam after this stay.

This hotel was quite well-maintained and met our expectations. We were pretty satisfied with our stay as a couple during the Spring Festival.

The room is very good but they don’t have amenities to enjoy while staying in the hotel. Overall rate in this hotel is 5 but i suggest you must have hotel personnel who can speak english so communication will not be a challenge.

Friendly and very Helpful Stuff, Stuff at reception is good nit everyone speaks english, but when i checked in there was a beautiful girl who speaks very good english and very professional, she even brought fruits for apoligizing late checking in but cleanning is not very good, and overall hotel is old and not like in photos, and breakfast needs bit improvement especially i didnt like that woman who cooked was coughing and not wearing mask. AC doesnt work proper especially for heating. But stuff got the solution and brought heater! Water pressure in shower and bathroom needs repairing. so 10 for stuff 3 for hotel

This hotel is Good for a Short stay! The room was small but they had a lot of amenities!

Very convenient location, nice breakfast, friendly staff , comfortable bed. Also quiet during the night. The rooms are a bit small and the equipment is worn and old, but everything is clean and it was good enough for us. Would come back again next time.
