Aurora Central Hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly. When I arrived, they welcomed me with snacks and tea, which was a very nice touch. I arrived early at 11:00 AM, and the staff kindly stored my luggage and asked me to come back at 1:30 PM for check-in. All staff speak good English, so communication was easy. The hotel location is very convenient, near the Old Town gate, and it was easy to go everywhere from there. When I booked the room, I thought it would be very small, but it was actually a good size for two people. The A/C worked well. The only thing I didn’t like very much was the bathroom — it has frosted glass walls, which may not be comfortable for everyone. They provided 2 bottles of water daily. My booking included breakfast, which started at 6:30 AM. The breakfast was very good — buffet style, nice food, and the breakfast area is on the top floor with a nice view. The breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended and not expensive.

Best set of front desk staff. Very helpful and provide us with top notch service. Location to old market very convenient and watery everywhere . Need cafe.. U can find almost every corner. Will stay here again when I return to Hanoi.

My kids loved the bunk beds. Staff are nice amd accommodating. Food was ok too.

The main advantage is its location; other aspects are rather average considering the price.

Amazing location. Great for families with kids. We used the play room. Staff were super accommodating and very helpful, even helped us book an extra night when I had my dates wrong. Everything is walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
