TROY HOUSE - MASTERI WEST HEIGHTS

I arrived back quite late one evening and was glad the room felt calm and comfortable. The lighting was soft, and it was easy to relax before going to sleep. Everything worked as expected, which is really what I look for in a stay.

I really appreciated how we were able to check in early for our trip, it made all the difference after a long travel day. Everyone I was in contact with was really helpful. The apartment was lovely and had great facilities. The flatscreen tv was lovely for a movie night.  One small area of improvement: the check in process was a little tricky just with the building letter name - we weren’t sure we were in the right place at first and reception only deal with long term rentals. However this was partially due to us checking in early at the last minute, so likely won’t be a problem for others.  I loved how we each had our own bedroom and for a very reasonable price too. I’d be keen to come back if I am in Hanoi again!

One thing I appreciated was how organized the room was. It wasn't a luxury stay, but everything seemed well maintained. The surrounding area had a few nice coffee shops, which made my mornings more enjoyable. Overall, a smooth experience.

The reception is quite crowded on weekends, making things a bit chaotic. Getting a ride also takes a few extra minutes because the area gets busy. At least the towels provided were very clean. A standard city stay.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring a massive wardrobe that easily fit all my travel gear. The large window allowed plenty of daylight to come in, making the space feel very bright and open. Efficient service at the front desk!

The space is extremely bright, airy, and has absolutely no musty smell. The air conditioner cools down quickly. The strong wifi network allows smooth web browsing. The self check-in process goes incredibly smoothly and conveniently.
