Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel Nguyen Khac Hieu

My stay at Luxe Paradise Suites - Nguyen Khac Hieu was quite enjoyable overall. The room was spacious with simple yet comfortable decor, and it was kept very clean. The bed was soft and conducive to a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities were well-equipped, making it suitable for both long stays and short trips. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find food or buy daily necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and the check-in process went smoothly. The soundproofing and comfort of the room were good, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Considering the price, room size, and location, it offers excellent value for money. If I visit Hanoi again, this is a place I would definitely consider staying at again.

I usually stay somewhere else when I'm in Hanoi, but it was too far from the exhibition center, so I tried this place for the first time. The room is a residence type, so it's really spacious, which is great.

Pros: It's a full-fledged apartment with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and two air conditioners. Cons: No safe, no dishes, one day they didn't clean or replenish water, excellent soundproofing issues (you can hear everything), and one day they started drilling renovations at 7 AM.

The only positives were the hotel's location and the staff. The room was incredibly dirty. There was hair everywhere – in the shower, on the bed, on the sofa... even glitter in the bed. Don't even get me started on the coffee cups provided. The stovetop hadn't been cleaned in ages. Plus, the kitchen that's supposed to be available had no cutlery, no plates, and nothing to cook with.

Depending on the room type, it seems, but my room was clean, and the shower had good temperature and water pressure. My friend, who stayed in a different room, said their water pressure was weak. You have to go down to the top floor for breakfast and then take the stairs up. The front desk staff were all kind and patiently answered all my questions. I'd like to stay here again when I go to Hanoi.

I think it's good value for money. Although it's in an alley, the atmosphere was better than I expected. The restaurant right in front was also decent, and the outdoor seating had a nice vibe. I stayed at three places during this trip to Hanoi, and including this one, all of them exceeded my expectations.
