My husband and I stayed in two types of apartments — a small studio and a larger unit — and we were absolutely satisfied with both. Here is our honest and detailed review that may help future guests. 1. Host • Very friendly, honest, and attentive. • Always smiling and ready to help. • It was truly pleasant to say goodbye in person — you can feel the genuine care for guests. 2. Location • Convenient area with everything you need nearby. • Quiet, safe, and comfortable for long-term living. 3. Comfort & Atmosphere • Both apartments are clean, bright, and cozy. • Thoughtful lighting and interior details create a warm, relaxing environment. • The view from the window is especially inspiring. • Feels very much like home. 4. Space (Studio & Larger Apartment) Studio: • Compact yet perfectly functional. • Great for short stays or calm remote work. Larger Apartment: • Spacious, with multiple zones for work and relaxation. • You can choose a spot depending on your mood: • the sofa, • comfortable chairs, • dining table, • a proper workstation with two ergonomic chairs, • or the balcony. • As artists, we truly appreciated the aesthetic and ergonomic design. 5. Kitchen & Equipment • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for proper cooking. • Includes: • dishes, • knives, • cutting board, • stove, • pots and pans, • all essential cooking utensils. • Cooking was easy and enjoyable. 6. Laundry & Practical Amenities • A washing machine is available, which is perfect for long stays. • Clothes drying area is on the balcony, so laundry dries quickly and smells fresh. • The bathroom is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. 7. Additional Advantages • Excellent conditions for work, sport, and personal development. • A gym nearby, which we enjoyed visiting regularly. • The courtyard of the complex is beautifully designed and features: • multiple children’s playgrounds, • game areas, • fountains, • benches, • several outdoor pools with sun loungers. • Inside the complex, there is also a wonderful indoor swimming pool. • Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our entire stay. • A perfect balance of price, comfort, and overall quality. 8. Overall Impression We sincerely recommend these apartments. They are perfect for both short and long-term stays. We felt incredibly comfortable and are truly grateful to the host for such a warm and thoughtful experience. We will remember this place with great warmth and will gladly return when we come back to Hanoi!

The apartment is right in the center, making it extremely convenient to get around. The balcony is airy with a nice street view. The room is clean and fully equipped. Staff respond quickly and are always cheerful.
