The owner of the apartment is deceiving his tenants. We booked a studio, where in the photo it was a spacious apartment with a table in the kitchen. In reality, it turned out to be a small room with only a bed and a small sofa. I am attaching photos so you can compare expectations and reality. In addition, it was very dirty there: someone else’s hair was in the comb, the sink didn’t flush, there was mold. I had to contact Trip.com support and they refunded my money and helped me find a new place to stay. For the first time in my entire travel experience, I changed apartments. The owner of the apartment is unfriendly. He said that the photo is a reference, but the reality is different and if you want to live in a normal apartment, pay extra

I arrived a little earlier than expected and spent some time in the lobby before going up. It was a nice place to sit and catch my breath. The room was tidy and comfortable, although the view was fairly ordinary compared with the photos.

I didn't really have any expectations before arriving, which may be why the stay felt pleasantly easy. The room was ready when I got there, everything worked properly, and I could focus on my plans without thinking much about the hotel.
