I love the hotel! I wish I could stay longer next time. There's everything in the room. You can cook properly. The bed is great. Everything is just lovely. For sure, if I go back to Vietnam, I'll book this hotel. (Also very nice view)

Tucked away in a small alley, right next to the Ritz-Carlton. The view is decent, but it's near a school downstairs, so light sleepers might get woken up if they like to sleep in. Overall, it's more like a guesthouse – simple and unpretentious, and quite clean and tidy. The owner is alright; while there isn't much in terms of service, their attitude is very good.

Thanks to this hotel and the people who work here. The location is great, there are lots of attractions nearby, we walked everywhere and had a great time. There are lots of inexpensive and delicious places nearby, some of which were recommended to us by the hotel. Don't be shy about talking to the staff and asking them questions, they are happy to answer and help. The entrance to the hotel may confuse you, it is colorful, but that's even a plus. The rooms themselves are very cozy and practical, we have stayed in different hotels in Asia, this is one of the best. They washed and dried our clothes for free, I don't know if everyone gets this bonus, but it was very nice, special thanks for that. In the photo, we are moving out, so the schedule

The host is friendly and I managed to check in early that day. It is just a few blocks away from the lake. Reaching the old quarter with 15mins walk. Very convenient location.

We had a fabulous stay here! The room was super nice and clean, and came with a wonderful view. The location was perfect, right by Hoan Kiem Lake on a quiet street, yet just steps away from all the Old Quarter action. What made the stay truly special was the owner: incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with great local recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The room was very clean and felt new, with a lovely classic charm. The location was convenient, and the host was very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby food. I joined a one-day Ha Long Bay tour and couldn’t extend my stay because the room was fully booked, but the host kindly offered free luggage storage, which I really appreciated.
