Location near airport perfect for easy arrival. Breakfast is incredible and good variety. Pool area is beautiful with a lovely view of the planes arriving and taking off. Fantastic stay.

We only stay in this hotel for 1 night on a stopover trip in Hanoi. It is close to the airport, but far from the attractions. The room is spacious enough and the service is good - there is free transfer to the airport. However, there are no convenience stores around- only an old pop-and-mom shop a few streets away. However, as a stopover hotel, it is sufficient.

Facilities: The amenities meet basic travel needs. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: It's located in an urban village near the airport? The surrounding environment made me feel unsafe arriving late at night. The location is convenient but the surroundings aren't great. Service: The front desk staff's English was excellent; communication was seamless. Overall, it's good value for money.

The airport service from the hotel was very good and if you want to stay close to the airport the location is also ideal.  My problem was with the Deluxe Double Room. According to the description and the picture it has a courtyard view. Well the courtyard is just a window looking at the wall of a corner of the hotel hallway with fake grass and the result is that the rooms have basically no daylight. Unfortunately, this felt very deceptive and not pleasant to spend any time in the room.

The hotel is superb! New and clean with modern and sleek design. We stayed for a quick rest due to our morning flight and this I think is the best hotel so far near the airport. They also have a free car service which we abailed going to the airport next day.
