Nice apartment overall but terrible service, you are given no check in information beforehand and then the location sends you to a location 5-10 min walk away, you then have to try to get in contact with the owner who after you send all passports and visas will then give you check in instructions which are not the easiest anyway and are given one room card between 6 people. Location is ok but not near the liveliest part of Hanoi my any means.

Friendly and helpful host, clean accommodation. The area is quite quiet. However, I had trouble finding my building, but was helped to find my building. Will come back next time.

This hotel is located in an apartment building. The owner probably rented out a few apartments. It's a simple hotel with everything you need. It's just okay for a one-night stay. It's not great.

Оказалось не тем, на что я расчитывала: 1) это не апартаменты, нет никакого ресепшен, заселение дистанционное.Мне потребовалось самостоятельно связаться с арендодателем, чтобы получить хоть какие-то инструкции о заселении. Я получила письмо с просьбой сообщить охране, что я родственник!?! Так же непонятно было как попасть в холл с лифтами, потому что дверь была на замке. Никакой инструкции внутри квартиры так же не было. 2)Квартира в ужасном состоянии, в шкафу пыль в углах, стены грязные. В ванной повсюду плесень! Фото этого ужаса прилагаю. Мне было крайне некомфортно оставаться в этой квартире даже на одну ночь!
