The apartment itself is nice and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (no pets, which was key when choosing a place to live). However, even though the apartment is in the city center, not far from the old town, it's in a "local ghetto" (a local market where a trash bin is scattered among food stalls, and everyone is happy with it) (the tour guides smiled with regret when they asked where we were staying)))) where pigs are cooked 200 meters away, where the smell of garbage that is collected, God willing, once a day permeates, there are no stores nearby or places to grab a bite to eat; the closest is 15-20 minutes away, and that's in the old town itself. Perhaps this isn't such a big deal, but if I'd known I'd be holding my nose from the stench every day on my way to the old town (for 3-5 minutes), I wouldn't have rented a place here. We stayed for a week, and during that time, cleaning wasn't done even once, even though they promised twice a week. We were provided with two pairs of towels (one for the body and one for the face) and one for the feet, which was immediately lying on the floor and was dirty. We were provided laundry gel, but were told that was all we needed to buy for the rest (it was enough for two washes). I'd also like to commend the night manager; he was kind and welcoming, allowing us to dry our laundry in the washing machine (which isn't shared), as there was no dryer in the room. The view from the window onto the backyard (photo attached) was also a surprise. Overall, my impressions were very mixed. It was okay for a couple of days, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer.
