The rooms are excellent. Especially the twin rooms, which are very spacious. Most of them have bathtubs. Breakfast is abundant and the view is great. I specifically asked the front desk for a second room key so I could keep my phone charging even when I left the room.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! A staff member, without knocking, used a key card to open our room while we were inside. They then left upon seeing us. When we contacted the hotel through Trip.com, they only offered a 20% discount on the room rate! Absolutely no sense of service. Two days before ***** New Year, there were only one or two staff members at breakfast, and no one was clearing plates. Then, on the first day of ***** New Year, suddenly five or six staff appeared – it was quite a change! The funniest part was the front desk staff: they never smiled and their English was mediocre. They completely lacked any service awareness. This kind of hotel would never survive a day in China; it's only in Vietnam that it could get away with it! After a long negotiation, it was truly laughable!

This is a great hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, night markets, and many tourist attractions. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The sauna, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, restaurant, hotel lobby, and overall facilities were all impressive and well-maintained. I would definitely come back and book my accommodation at this hotel again.

We had a two-day stay at their serviced apartment. We were impressed by the wide range of their international dishes served for breakfast buffet. Also, there were a lot of amenities to choose from- swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, steambath & mini mart. Their supervisor, Ms. La can speak multiple languages too– Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean. The bed was so comfortable- linens were clean. The location is accessible and near the city centre. It's surrounded with a lot of shops. Keeping the Japanese standard of service. Worth recommending!

The hotel upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious with two bedrooms and a living room. Breakfast was also fantastic and very filling. However, the location is on a very narrow street, and the surrounding area has quite chaotic traffic and crowds.
