Not bad. It's not bad for a 3-star or 4-star serviced apartment hotel. The spacious and bright lobby on the first floor is a plus. However, I think there might be better and cheaper serviced apartments in Koreatown. The breakfast buffet is not recommended. Don't bother with the breakfast-included option. It seems to be mainly used by middle and high school students from international schools who live in the serviced apartments.

New building, new hotel, the room was great, but the breakfast was really bad – a severe mismatch. It felt really unpleasant to just be given whatever they had; no choices at all. You just had to eat whatever was served.

A brand-new hotel, very close to the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72. It serves excellent breakfast, and you can experience a way of life in Hanoi completely different from that around Hoan Kiem Lake

3 bedroom apartment in a new building with good access to highway. It is published as 5* but it is 4* max. Gym isn’t ready yet, staff at breakfast don’t speak English. If you come to Hanoi to be in the old quarter this is not the optimised location. If you come with family and require apartment, it is a good choice.
