The toilet wasn't working, the shower was very dirty, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of the noise. I was moved to another hotel for one day due to technical problems. However, the staff were very polite. If a good view is important to you, this is a decent option, but if cleanliness and comfort are priorities, I wouldn't recommend it.

It‘s not a bad homestay. The only thing is you can listen the traffic very loud almost 24/7. The shower doesn’t worked so I had to ask. Friendly employees. About the traffic it can makes you feel sick so maybe you don’t stay for long there if you aren’t used to it but that’s generally a big issue in Hanoi that the people make noise without reasons.

A wonderful, clean, and cozy room with a great view. The hosts are very friendly people. Even though we arrived a couple of hours early, they checked us in without any problems. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean. There's a kettle in the room. Just a couple of minor things: the toilet isn't in the room itself, but that didn't bother us. And personally, I would have liked a mirror in the room. I'd happily come back here again.

Terrible noise from works at the house next door with jackhammer made my stay unbearable. Started at 8am until 6pm. Some construction/renovation work was still done at 11pm. I hardly had a worse stay in my long traveling life. Room was dirty. was not cleaned before I checked in.

This might be a good place for the very budget conscious traveler. It is difficult to find and is on the floor above a bike shop. Very clean but the bathroom is across the hall open to other people. We were not given a key for the room so we couldn't lock the door when we left. It was a cute and clean room. The comments left by others describing this room were probably fake.

I had a really enjoyable time here. This place has a balcony, so you can enjoy a wonderful view of the river. The owners are very kind, and their laundry service is excellent. They treated me kindly and charged fair prices. I'm glad they helped me with my trip.
