First off, the location is great! The homestay is right across from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, which is super convenient if you're planning to visit. It's also close to bus stops and there are tons of eateries around. It's quite easy to find too, just go straight from Alley 62 Ngoc Ha. It's best to contact the homestay via Zalo beforehand for a quick check-in and check-out. The staff member who responded on Zalo was incredibly helpful and quick to reply, 10/10 satisfaction! They even allowed me a late check-out. As for the facilities, they are basic, but a huge plus is having a washing machine in the room, which was really convenient. You need a key to get in and out of the homestay, so I felt quite secure about safety. If you want to explore the city by bus, this place is super convenient. However, the room space is a bit small, so it might feel a little cramped for two people.

The room itself is good, but getting to it was quite an adventure. There's no direct street access; you have to navigate a labyrinth of houses packed so closely together that only a motorcycle could fit through, which takes about five minutes. I was glad to see a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer, and other amenities. However, the water in both the shower and the sink wouldn't drain properly, and it wasn't very hot either. The windows face a wall and the windows of the neighboring house, which seem close enough to touch. The neighbors were a bit noisy, with a crying baby and loud music, but that's not something the host can control. It was clean and cozy, so a couple of days here were perfectly fine, but I probably wouldn't choose this place for a longer or repeat stay.

Good hotel – clean, convenient, and quiet. It has a kitchen and a washing machine. However, on our last day, we saw a cockroach in the room. Unfortunately, there are quite a lot of them in Vietnam.

Here's a breakdown: It was easy to get in touch with the manager, and responses were quick. Late-night check-in is possible, which is convenient. Make sure to get the address beforehand; if you're coming by taxi, tell them '62nd Street' and then follow Google Maps straight ahead and to the right. The location is super convenient, not noisy, comfortable, and there are chain convenience stores nearby: GS25 and Circle K are open 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 days; there's a bus station and a shopping center nearby, making it easy to get to the Old Quarter/French Quarter. The room was cozy; we stayed on the 6th floor and had a washing machine and a balcony, too! No cockroaches, no mold, which is a huge plus! Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, a comb, razor, and dental kit were provided. I RECOMMEND IT!

The apartment is located near the mausoleum, about 2.5 km from the Old City. The room has a shower, refrigerator, and wardrobe. Hot water and air conditioning are working. The curtains aren't blackout, so if you want to sleep in, just bring an eye mask with you. The managers were always available, helping with any questions regarding check-in and room service.
