Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa

Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa is fine overall. It’s worth staying here if you get a good price, but it doesn’t really feel worth it at a higher rate. The breakfast is nice with a good selection and was one of the better parts of the stay. The view, especially from higher floors or the rooftop, is pleasant and adds to the experience. The hotel is comfortable enough and well located in the Old Quarter, but nothing particularly stands out. Overall, a decent option if the price is right, otherwise there are better choices in Hanoi for the money.

Online reviews of this hotel is accurate. Pool pic was misleading as it was a plunge pool, very small.

Once we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. The only problem we had was with communication prior to arriving. I tried to organise an airport pick (a service they do offer), but three of my emails were ignored. Even booking it on their website didn't work. So I had to arrange with a private company

Room was relatively clean, breakfast was very good too. Room was pretty quiet. Staff were nice helped me arrange laundry and airport service at a reasonable price. I think the price was a little expensive for what it was. Location is good

Great location, great staff. Rooms are not sound proof though, and some with no windows. But in an old building like that, it's expected. Price is good for what you get - not a 5*, as one would expect.

The main reason for me to book this hotel as the location is so close to tourist spots, we could just simply walk to everywhere. Also the service was so good, all the staff were so friendly n helpful such as helping us to grab our luggages n always being polite to us.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is close to everything and it was convenient to walk most time. We even got an upgrade. The staff was nice and helpful too.
