We had an impeccable experience at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. The value for money is excellent; you truly feel like you're staying in a palace while enjoying reasonable prices. Even the most basic rooms are spacious, elegant, and equipped with high-quality amenities, especially very comfortable bedding and linens. The common areas are magnificent and perfectly maintained. Whether it's the pool, the spa, breakfast, or the various restaurants, all the services offered are top-notch. The food and drinks are also excellent, both at breakfast and in the hotel's different establishments. We were particularly and pleasantly surprised by the staff's attitude. Every team member demonstrates great hospitality, a genuine sense of service, and a lot of kindness. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the stay runs perfectly. Between the small touches, kind words, and warm conversations, each guest truly feels unique. The hotel is slightly away from the center, but it's still very easy to reach the city center and the historic district. I highly recommend this establishment!

I stayed at JW Marriott Hanoi and thoroughly enjoyed it. I used their breakfast, pool, and spa—all were highly satisfying. The breakfast was excellent with a great view. The hotel staff are very friendly, polite, and hardworking. I recommend it to anyone visiting for business. However, if your main purpose is exploring the city center, I would advise staying at a hotel within the city center. Other than that, the hotel offers an infrastructure that will give you a pleasant experience.

The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent! You can exchange currency here, and the rates are better than at the airport! I highly recommend the beef pho for breakfast! The staff are patient and always willing to answer questions, living up to Marriott's consistent high standards!

Excellent hotel for business trips (9/10)! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, perched on a small hill surrounded by ponds. I particularly enjoyed the gym on the 8th floor and the large pool area. Working out there, with views of the water and forest, made exercising feel effortless. The French Grill on the first floor is also of very high standard!

The service was excellent, even better than what I've experienced at the same brand domestically. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Vietnamese section was incredibly authentic; every dish was satisfying. Staying at this hotel felt like a true vacation – the environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing during the ***** New Year. The gym was well-equipped with a great view, which really boosted my mood while working out. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hanoi.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially with children. The facilities are brand new and the breakfast at the cafe was excellent. Although it's not in the Old Town, it's very convenient if you have a car, making it suitable for families.

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. The hotel was excellent overall, and what stood out the most was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. As we are from an Indian background, we found it difficult to enjoy some of the Asian dinner options. The team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by specially preparing Indian breakfast items for us during our stay. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. We were also touched when the staff packed fresh mangoes for us to take on our flight. A special thank you to the Kitchen Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The exceptional service and genuine care shown by the team made our visit memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

A very good hotel.

I stayed here for a business trip. Both the bathtub and the room were spacious, and breakfast was excellent. It's a bit far from the Old Town, but it was nice to have a quiet stay in this area.

The location is excellent, right next to the National Convention Center. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very enthusiastic and even offered complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, and the area was quiet, making it a great choice for business trips.

This hotel offers a 6-star experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is the freshest and most delicious I've ever had! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi!

It's quite comfortable and quiet, perfect for business trips. The sanitation and facilities are very clean, and the staff are quite good. The only thing is you can only check in in the afternoon. Overall, it's pretty good.
