Facilities: A bit old, but well-maintained. Hygiene: As expected from a star-rated hotel, quite good. Environment: The environment is outstanding, right in front of Hanoi's West Lake. Service: All staff members are very enthusiastic and helpful with luggage.

My recent business trip to Hanoi included a stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for business travelers! 📍 Excellent Location: The hotel is ideally situated in Ba Dinh District, right on West Lake. It's within walking distance of Tran Quoc Pagoda, a 2-minute drive to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ba Dinh Square, and just over ten minutes by taxi to Hanoi Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Getting to and from the airport and business districts is very convenient. It offers a perfect balance of easy access and a peaceful atmosphere. 🏨 Rooms and Environment: I stayed in a lake view room, and the view was absolutely stunning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic vistas of West Lake, allowing me to enjoy both sunrises and city lights. The room was spacious with a sophisticated and modern business design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries felt premium, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest after a busy day. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and the common areas have been recently renovated and are impeccably clean and stylish. 👩‍💼 Attentive and Professional Service: Check-in at the executive lounge reception was efficient and quick. The staff were humble and courteous, proactively explaining hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Concierge and room service were prompt and attentive throughout, making communication smooth and easy.

I had an excellent stay at Pan Pacific Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered an amazing view of West Lake. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. The location is perfect—close to many of Hanoi's main attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities, especially the swimming pool and fitness center, were excellent. I highly recommend Pan Pacific Hanoi to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great location, highly recommend! It's a bit old, but otherwise, no complaints. Perfect for families or business travelers. You can walk to West Lake in just 10 minutes, making it super convenient for sightseeing.

Good hotel, nice bar and restaurant. I didnt book a lakeview room but was assigned one (yet recommend the split view of Thanh Nien street if you’re visiting for the first time).

Thanks for the lovely birthday cake! My lake-view room, though small, was charming. The rooftop cafe has absolutely stunning views, and the staff were incredibly kind and patient, even helping me spend all my small change so I wouldn't have to take it back to Singapore from Vietnam. I really loved the scent of their toiletries and would love to know where I can buy them!

It was a pleasant stay and the hotel service was good. The breakfast was nice with a good spread. The lake view was beautiful too, especially the sunset.

The night view is beautiful and the location is easy to find, with convenient parking. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Excellent value for money, I would consider staying here again next time. Adding to the five-star rating: This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful, and the facilities are comprehensive. The staff were polite and friendly, always ready to help. Overall, the cleanliness was reassuring.

The price, location, and service were good, but the room was very damp and outdated. It was fine for a short stopover, though.

The security was good, and breakfast was excellent. The towels in the room were clean. However, the facilities seemed old, as I couldn't switch between the bathtub and shower, which was a bit inconvenient. For some reason, on the first day, my clothes got covered in small, white debris, possibly from the bedsheets or the room itself. It wasn't an issue from the second day onwards. The other guests were friendly and relaxed, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool is mostly indoors and quite small. There's no dedicated children's play area, and you need to bring your own floats. Towels are provided, and there's a free water cooler available.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views of West Lake. The room layout is quite French-inspired, and both the bed and pillows are incredibly soft, with pleasant-feeling sheets and duvet covers. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear noises from the hallway, and I even heard the Apple alarm from the room next door at 8 AM. The guest next door might not have woken up, but I certainly did! 🤣
