Service was awful, when i was paying he did not have the change so proceeded to knock on our door at midnight waking us up to give the money. The beds were hard and had bed bugs all over. Women working was rude and unhelpful. fine for a stay over for one night, will not rush back

Absolutely Disgusting — Avoid at All Costs I’ve stayed in many hostels while traveling, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. We woke up at 4 AM covered in bed bugs. Not just a bite or two—covered. We immediately took photos and brought it to the staff's attention, expecting at least a basic level of accountability. Instead, we were met with nothing but rudeness, negligence, and outright dismissal. The bathrooms were filthy—grimy floors, overflowing trash bins, and a constant stench that made it unbearable to use the facilities. It was clear that cleaning is not a priority at this place. Despite having photographic proof of the bed bug infestation and the horrific conditions, the hostel flat-out refused to offer any refund or even a sincere apology. We lost a night of sleep, our money, and any sense of safety or hygiene. The staff were not only unhelpful, but shockingly hostile. Their attitude made it clear that complaints are not just unwelcome—they’re ignored. This place has no regard for guests' health, well-being, or basic decency. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. A park bench would be cleaner and more hospitable than this disgrace of a hostel.

The floor was dirty, the bathroom didn't really drain the water so it was constantly wet floor. Bed sheets had stains on it. But the AC and hot water worked. The thing that bothered me was there was no human contact, there was no reception. Communication on WhatsApp worked alright, but since this hostel also does tours, the people to talk to about the tours are just not there.

Horrendous- avoid Not only was this by far NOT the cheapest option, our experience was horrible. Room was disgusting, sheets had not been changed in what looked like weeks, pillows were practically none existent, bed caved in the middle, toilet leaking, no room what so ever for luggage (backpack), down the middle of a dirty alley way, no customer service. Got woken up at 11:30 pm on our second night demanding money after not seeing anyone at reception during our three day stay. Having an early night to be up at 5am, we were rudely woke up by staff. Felt uncomfortable and dirty the whole stay, would have booked elsewhere had we known and unfortunately couldn’t find another room or we wouldn’t have stayed at all. Only positive was the location, only a few minute walk to the centre, but the paper thin walls aren’t great if you’re wanting some sleep

I'm quite picky but I'm satisfied with this place, cheap price, central location and quite spacious room. Full of bed sheets, blankets, pillows and towels, the staff was very enthusiastic when I asked for more. Fire prevention is guaranteed, I feel quite safe.

I was given a ridiculously tiny room. The hygiene of the shower room was THE WORST, and there was a GAP in the wall that between room and hallway, and bugs came throught in endlessly. I mean, It was not a gap ON the wall, but the wall was not properly attached to the ceiling and floor in the first place. As of mid-november, more than 20 flies had to be caught per shower, and the water pressure was not satisfactory at all. In the bathroom, ofc there was no hot water (even tho i turned the heater on) and amenities. The floor was full of sand and dust. The bedding was strangely thin and of poor quality. It was so small that i couldnt get around the room that i had to do everything on the bed. There was no room for even changing clothes lol. Ofc no closet, ofc no table, ofc no window, ofc no privacy Sometimes other travelers opened my room thinking it was a public restroom. HOW ON EARTH CAN EVERYTHINF BE SO BAD? The bathroom was right next to the warehouse of the building, and the glass between them is translucent, so privacy is not guaranteed. It is a room made by installing a temporary wall in the original corridor, and the lights and noise coming from the corridor interfered. (Still cant understand. The walls and the ceiling/floor were separated. If i touched the temporary wall even a little, im pretty sure it would collapse into the hallway.) I made a reservation with agoda, but the host told me the hotel wasnt connected to it, so i had to pay in person. So why were they made available for booking in agoda? Smh. The rooftop on the fifth floor was noisy and smelled all sorts of things. And also it seemed like the children were living. It is a completely uneducated environment fr. It says that there is a host who can speak eng, but it was not. They could understand me around 50% only. If I can, I would like to turn back the time and go back to just before I book this accommodation.

We opted for a private room because we we’re arriving in the early hours of the morning. The room was incredibly small, literally an awful mattress with springs poking through on some plastic on the floor. There was no room to stand up, other than the meter narrow entrance and you couldn’t really have a shower if you wanted one because water would spill onto the mattress. The room was a half built construction site, dirty marks and grime/ hair / chewing Gum/ rubbish from previous people all over the place. Would not recommend staying here if you want a comfortable nights sleep. We were supposed to stay for three nights but left after getting a quick 7 hour nap. We’ve done cheap hostel where you get what you pay for but considering this hostel wasn’t the cheapest out in Hanoi we expected much better. Speaking to others who were also checking out days early the ‘shared’ dorms don’t seem to far off the hideous experience we had.
