I think it's better to view this as a temporary, simple resting place rather than a hotel. There's a bunk bed in a space about the size of a washroom, and the ladder is steep and narrow, so you need to be careful not to get injured. I wouldn't recommend it for the older generation, but for peers who need to catch a short nap, it's a good option. There are no showers or toilets, but for toilets, you can use the public restroom right outside. The public toilet wasn't crowded, so I didn't find that inconvenient. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who expects things like a trash can in the room or typical hotel amenities.

The Sleep Pod is conveniently located right on the second floor, accessible by escalator from the arrival lobby at Noi Bai Airport. We chose a bunk bed room for two. We checked out at 5 AM the next morning and took a taxi to Terminal 1 for our 7 AM flight to Phu Quoc. The biggest advantage is the minimal time lost when catching a flight, even though the beds are small and there are no showers. We also used it when returning home.

I booked this hotel because I had some time before my next flight after arriving in Hanoi. The staff at check-in were very polite and explained everything about the room in detail. The staff at check-out were also friendly and pleasant, even though it was a different person. It was a great help that they stored my suitcase after check-out, as I had about 6 hours until my next transfer. The room is compact, but perfectly adequate if you're just sleeping alone. The location on the second floor of the airport is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those with layovers or early morning/late night flights!

I used this hotel for a 12-hour layover. During check-in, the staff advised me on things like setting a wake-up call and the best time for check-out. I really appreciate their very courteous service. The private rooms are quite compact for the price, so some might find them a bit small. Personally, this was my first time in Vietnam, and the thought of leaving the airport for a hotel, checking out early in the morning, and then heading back to the airport felt exhausting. So, I was very satisfied with being able to complete everything within the airport and rest in a private room until my early morning connecting flight. While I personally didn't find the outside noise disruptive to my sleep, I did notice the sound of other guests coming and going, especially at night due to late arrivals. Those who are light sleepers might find earplugs helpful. I rated the facilities a 4 because you have to use the airport's public restrooms and there are no showers.

I used this hotel during a layover at the airport. My flight was delayed, so I only stayed for about 3 hours, but I was able to get a good night's sleep. The restrooms are the ones in the airport right in front of the hotel. There were many clean sinks, which was convenient. The free water and snacks were also a nice touch. My room had a door leading directly outside to the airport, which was helpful because I didn't disturb other guests' sleep.

We stayed at this capsule hotel during a long layover in Hanoi. It was easy to find. At the reception, a lovely girl explained in detail how everything worked in the room, and also gave us water, snacks, and a voucher for a small discount at the restaurant. For a capsule hotel at the airport, everything was very, very decent: clean, tidy, and fresh. As usual, the downsides are the sound and vibration isolation. But if you want to spend your layover comfortably and lying down, you won't find a better option in Hanoi's international terminal.

Was very cute and useful for an overnight layover with minimal time to leave to check the city. For this purpose it is extremely useful.

Simple but does its job. It is very cozy for a well needed sleep in noi bai airport. Staffs were helpful. Only catch is there is no toilet to shower but there is a toilet just outside the sleep pods.

Great place for a layover!

We had to stay at this hotel as a family of three: my wife, our seven-year-old daughter, and I. The room was clean. A very kind and polite lady greeted us at the front desk. She showed us everything and explained it all, despite the language barrier. We were able to settle in comfortably as a trio, relax, and even get some sleep. We really enjoyed everything and would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent option for a rest stop during travel.

The toilet was inconvenient as it was airport-style, and it was a shame there was no shower.

The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating, which I appreciated. The hotel was clean, and the amenities were good. However, the room was so small that I couldn't open my suitcase, so I had to unpack and organize in the hallway. For the price, I'm not sure if it was really worth it.

The room is located within the airport, very easy to access, very clean and quite spacious, more than sufficient for an overnight stay.

A very convenient place to stay, as just within 5mins walk from immigration. If let me say the cons, is quite noisy, as my room is just next to the walk way.
