Staff were very friendly from as soon as you get out of your car they grab your bags, bring you coffee and tea and you sit back while they check you in. They offer lots of suggestions and sights to see in Hanoi. The hotel is located very central which is nice and my room had an amazing view of the lake. Rooms are very clean and modern but with a traditional style. Breakfast was lovely and they also offer a very cheap laundry service. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located, and very convenient. The facility is well maintained and nice. Most importantly, the staff here is very kind and friendly. They remember your name when I stayed 2nd time. Very impressive. Very good hotel.

The hotel’s location is superb being near to the lake and the night weekend walking street and night market.

Susan is very kind and help us a lot to find an apartment in the downtown.

There are some stains on some of the towels,which can be improved. Though, everything else was clean. The breakfast was pretty decent and the restaurant has a nice view. The staff were nice and helpful, too. Overall, it was a good experience.

We fell in love with this place and especially the staff. In the center of all the hustle and bustle The San Grand is calm and refreshing. The staff are exceptional kind and helpful. We will definitely use the San Grand as our base in Hanoi. Thank you Leo and Emma you made everything so easy ❤️

Centrally located to good eating places n interesting scenic places n streets offering wide variety of goods n foods. Near to the lake n night market streets. Breakfast is good too! Thanks

Good right smack in The Central of old quarters. Just walking distance to the lake and there food in every corner of the hotel
