The hotel quite old, the facilities have some broken and older, the shampoo and shower gel put on Dove brand but i think it isnt Dove. For foreigners i think this hotels conditions not so good, but the prices cheaper than A25 hotel brand. Fellas can choi which one u like.

This is the first time in my life I've encountered such an attitude. On my last day in Hanoi, I had to book this hotel, as I thought that after leaving the hotel where I lived before I would spend the day in the city, but there was a typhoon and heavy rain and many flights were postponed and I wanted to rest more time before the road. There were no places in the hotel where I lived and I couldn't extend my stay. I just found this hotel nearby to relax for a few hours before the road. At check-in, the employee saw my last day of the passport rudely said, or to the migration and not to settle in, said that today I'm leaving so there's no need (although it has anything to do with it) I have a reservation and it's paid for, while I explained and the weather was visible. He began to be rude and I became so creepy from such an attitude towards a hotel guest, a guest of the country, no respect and even more so a man and a woman to say that. At the same time, he didn't want to cancel the reservation and didn't cancel it! And the support service also did not solve the issue, the hotel replied that it does not know how to cancel. Armour! They only know how to be rude and I don't know who they are. Go around this place!

Nice size room. Great location only a 15 min walk to old quarters. Love sitting on the balcony and listening to the lively streets. Booking again
