Room was spacey enough, however the bathroom is outside the room

Location is good, it is easy to find restaurants. Staff is friendly. However, hotel is a bit old, no elevator. During my stay, the in front street is drain blockage.

Our room is located at the 5th Floor and there was no elevator so you have to take the stairs with your luggage. The staff did not also help us carry our luggage. The 5th floor looked like a laundry room that turned into a room. So there was another route going to the stairs from 4th Floor to 5th Floor. The room was okay. But the door was so hard to lock, you need to push it in order to be closed properly.

The location was great, close to the lively main street. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. However, hot water was only available for about 5 minutes in the morning.

I was not satisfied this hotel because there is no elevator and my rom is top of the hotel. There is lots of noisy around the hotel.Door jet is also manuel

We like the hotel, confortable, sometimes get some weird smell from bathroom, some nights here noisy from bar, did not brother us much, girl behind desk was a good person, cleaning lady was nice, área was not the best, we did feel safe.

Lady on front dest was very good helped to arrange transfer to next hotel excellent

The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, making it very accessible to bars, convenience stores, and local food stalls. While the room was clean, it was all the way up on the 4th floor. Since the building doesn't have an elevator, walking up was tiring and exhausting. I do not recommend booking this hotel if you are traveling with the elderly or individuals with disabilities.

We didn’t expect that the washroom is outside from the room. And the room was too small.

The location is perfect as its close to all bars and restaurants. Tucked away alittle from all the noise of the main street, even with a little balcony and street front room the noise level was acceptable. Greeted at reception with a a genuine warm smile and a dog that wanted to play fetch was instant happiness for me. The room comfortable and perfect for a short or long stay. It's an older building and the rooms showing their age but all well kept, serviced & displayed. No lift so stairs to room with luggage is something to be mindful of when booking if it may effect you. A great stay and highly recommended as a solo traveler, couple or even friends and family in the larger dual bed rooms. Its Perfect 👌

This hotel is a nice option, located very close to Hanoi’s Old Quarter. While it’s overall a good hotel, there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

got the highest floor, stairs was a bit narrow hence it is hard to bring our luggage up and down. Room was nice but a bit small so not enough space to put luggage. If you are a solo traveller then maybe it's fine. Overall, i think it is a decent place to stay though you can get a better option with the same price i guess
