Nice room, The front desk Lady Linh was very nice.😄 She helped us a lot.
The problem is with the air conditioner. It belows against my bed. So a little bit cold at night.

Overall an average stay but I had 2 issues:
1. There was an enormous cockroach in the bathroom. I trapped it under a bin and let the cleaning staff deal with that.
2. I had some things from the mini bar. I went to pay for those items at checkout with cash and the receptionist didn't have the correct change for me, so tried to short change me. Why is it my problem that the hotel doesn't have sufficient change?

The hospitality of the staffs were really wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

As a tourist, this hotel is not near the Old Quarter
But grab is very convenient. Take some 15mins to head to the touristy area
In terms of the room, it is clean and big. Breakfast is simple fare, but good enough
Desk receptionist Linh was pretty helpful. It helps that she is conversant in English
