Noise from outside can be heard in my room.

The facilities are complete, and the room is clean.

Terrible hotel experience. How can you call this a 'deluxe city view room' (your rating) when it's right next to a busy road? The blanket smelled musty and was damp.

Great location, and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was really delicious and suited Hong Kong tastes perfectly. The room wasn't very clean, but it was large and bright. The shower water pressure was very low and the water wasn't hot enough. The bed was of medium firmness.

The main advantage is its proximity to my business trip location, so it's quite convenient. Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, much like Beijing. The French-style architecture here is very retro and beautiful.

The facilities are good, the service is excellent, the hygiene is good, the staff are highly professional, the breakfast is delicious, the location is convenient, and overall it's a comfortable and cost-effective experience.

The price is okay, but the breakfast is much worse than other hotels. The food was too little, but the room was quite big, probably because the location is relatively far away from the city center of Hanoi, Vietnam.
