Our family stayed at this InterContinental hotel for the first three nights of our trip. As a five-star brand, it consistently delivers comfort, but its pros and cons are quite clear. I'd like to share our genuine experience for your reference. The overall service was warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. The only slight drawback is that the hotel is not located in Hanoi's Old Quarter tourist area. A taxi ride to and from the Old Quarter usually takes about 30 minutes, and could easily be 45 minutes if there's traffic. So, if you plan to visit the night markets and ancient streets daily, the commute might be a bit time-consuming. However, the hotel's interior environment is truly impeccable. It's spacious with a vast layout, offering a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. The facilities are comprehensive, with a 24-hour gym available at any time – perfect for unwinding after a day of extensive walking. The breakfast is the most commendable aspect. The variety is incredibly rich and diverse, featuring an extensive selection of Chinese, Western, and local Vietnamese dishes. My family enjoyed it thoroughly every day. We stayed in a room on the 68th floor, which offered an incredibly expansive view. We could take in a panoramic view of the entire city of Hanoi without even leaving the room, saving us the time and expense of going to a dedicated observation tower. The city lights at dusk and night were particularly delightful. This hotel is ideal for those who want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, seek a comfortable and relaxing environment, and enjoy a leisurely family vacation. If you appreciate a quiet accommodation with great views, it's definitely worth choosing!

I stayed on the 70th floor of this super-tall building in Hanoi. True to its name, it was clean and comfortable, a perfect place to relax! Overall, I was very satisfied with the location, facilities, and everything else.

Second time staying here. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the high floor offered a great view. The pool was also beautiful. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure. Plus, the Pizza 4Ps downstairs is really delicious, and the kids loved it!

This hotel offers a really comfortable sleep; the mattress, bedding, and pillows are all clean, cozy, and soft. The hotel facilities and breakfast are also great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Old Town, about a 30 to 40-minute drive depending on traffic. By the way, the fresh coconut juice served at breakfast is wonderfully sweet!

The platform helped me contact the hotel to arrange an anniversary room. The hotel also provided a small cake and complimentary drinks from the executive lounge bar. The front desk staff offered excellent service. Dinner options were good, but breakfast was too crowded on weekends, requiring a wait in line.
