Good location and well maintained place

Well located, near main attractions (if you want, you can reach most of these by foot). The staff is nice, especially the ladies cooking the breakfast. The room is a correct one (and the bathroom is practical). The only "negative" point: if your room is near the reception, you can hear sometimes music (especially in the evening, but I'm sure it can be fixed).

Friendly stuff can help you with anything you want . Sure i will come back again

Its a beautiful and new hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Special thanks to cleaning staff. Food was also good.

This is a fantastic find ! The hotel is actually more like services apartments we were given a 1 bedroom apartment it was really comfortable. The breakfast itself is okay but the hotel is worth it ! Location is great - not far from all the places in the old town.

Good service Good value for your money

I arrived late at night, but the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast staff were also very helpful in explaining the menu. However, it was a little disappointing that I could hear doors closing every time a guest arrived, perhaps because the building's sound resonates well.

The reception staff do not assist guests with carrying luggage to their rooms.

The hotel is located in the old quarter, but off to the side, so there's basically no street noise. However, there is noise from the neighbors (some Indian gentlemen were having a good time). I had to complain several times, but it didn't help. The room had one small window facing the courtyard (a well, sort of like a well). So, if someone was walking up the stairs, you could hear them perfectly with the window open; sleeping without it was stuffy. The mattress and pillows were good, and there was water in the room. The receptionists were very friendly.

The hotel was great, and there's a fresh market nearby, making it easy to find food. The only downside was that the air conditioner in my room would turn off by itself, requiring me to get up and turn it on every 4-5 hours.

The room is small, breakfast is ordered, and boys will not be full. If you are catching a flight, you can make do with it. For business trips, it is recommended to choose a more cost-effective

The hotel is clean. Large room. Will come back here if I return to Hanoi
