Anatole Hotel Hanoi

I stayed in a city view room. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, making for a very pleasant stay. Other reviews mentioned the outside being noisy, but I hardly noticed any noise at all. Despite facing a busy road, I couldn't hear any traffic and had a quiet stay. I was also able to exchange USD to VND at the front desk. It's also very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient for getting around.

The service at this hotel is truly excellent. Every day, there are several staff members at the front desk, and dedicated personnel to help with luggage and open doors. They are always enthusiastic about helping solve any issues. The location is also great. Highly recommended!

Located right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake, the front desk staff are fluent in English and incredibly helpful. They arranged our laundry service and airport transfer without a hitch, and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend to ********* travelers.

Despite being a relatively small hotel with only about 70 rooms, the service provided was superior to that of a global 5-star chain hotel. The location, facilities, service, breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff were all absolutely top-notch. From my extensive travel experience, I've found that the better the hotel, the friendlier the staff. The Anatole Hanoi Hotel truly stood out, with every single staff member smiling brightly and being incredibly kind. Wishing you continued success!

First of all, the location is fantastic. It was super convenient to walk to the Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the night market. All the staff members were incredibly friendly. The 24-hour concierge was also a great help; I could ask for anything I needed at any time, and they were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent too, with a daily changing menu plus a buffet, so there was a good variety to choose from. It was a shame I only stayed for one day, but I'll definitely have to go back next time!

Overall, I liked the hotel, and the staff tried their best to make my stay comfortable. However, a few things spoiled the experience: 1) One of the two elevators was periodically shut down, and the other one wasn't properly maintained. We had to wait on our floor for a very long time on several occasions. Once, after a full day out in the heat, both elevators were out of service, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to be turned back on. 2) Bathroom: The towels were torn, and the toilet seat had some repair marks that looked like stains, which was quite unappealing. The bathtub was incredibly inconvenient; getting in and out required climbing over a rather wide edge with a sharp rim. 3) Breakfast: Nothing special, just a standard selection of items that weren't replenished very quickly (we had read reviews praising the breakfast as 'wow'). Aside from these points, it's a good hotel.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself has a wonderful exotic charm. The location is superb, right by the cathedral, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hanoi. The front desk staff and doormen were all incredibly polite and friendly, which made me feel so welcome and warm during my travels.
