Nice hotel, good friendly staff that helped us alot. the breakfast buffet was really nice and they switched it up everyday. location is at old quarter as well.

Gracy and David were super helpful and supportive. Especially Gracy, who helped us a lot with luggage handling, storage, and also guided us on what and where to explore around the Old Quarter. Service was genuinely good throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of (which is common across most Hanoi stays) is that rooms aren’t very spacious, as hotels try to utilize every bit of space. Apart from that, everything else was great and comfortable.

Situated in Old Quarter which is strategic, however, we arrived at the extended celebration of VN Independence so most of streets are closed and we have to walk to get to our hotel. Check in process is fast, and the reception staff is very helpful. Room is okay, but noticed bed bugs which is a let down. Water pressure is also not that good. Everything else is okay for a one night stay. Breakfast is good, with pho and pancakes. Overall, an okay stay. Wish cleanliness could’ve been improved but staff were really amazing.

Very nice hotel in an amazingly central location! The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the lake, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

All staff are so kind and full of motivation to serve all guests with good attitude. Pretty hotel in the heart of ole quarter Hanoi. Clean food & very good taste. I am really wondering with the tiny elevator, so interesting and creative machine.

Yes nice hotel with very helpful staff, very good breakfast and HOT . Good selection, it’s a small hotel in the middle of the Buzz. Next to the lake, very clean and lovely room good bed, busy area especially at weekends,  I recommend…

Nice interior design and trendy. Very convenient and easy to go around Hanoi city. Walking distance to many local attractions. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Surely will visit again and recommend to others.

The best thing about this hotel were the staff who were brilliant. Excellent English speaking and really helpful. There are two buildings and we were in the ‘second’ one. Only a few steps to the other hotel for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had the normal offerings and was good. Our room was top floor with a good sized balcony. Biggest problem was that the room was small and there was no space to leave cases out or unpack. It was clean and service d daily. Lift was slow but got there - a walk up from the 6th to 7th floor

Stayed at this hotel many times, room decor getting old and need renovation. Like this hotel as near to old quarters and many shops in the area.
