Excellent hotel for travelers! First off, the location is fantastic – right by Han River, surrounded by numerous shops and cafes, and the weekend night market is just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries. We booked both tours and airport transfers through the hotel. Thirdly, the breakfast spread is delicious and varied. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. We stayed on the 7th floor in a room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows; it's about $9 more per night than other rooms, but it's absolutely worth it. I highly recommend booking the same type of room – you won't regret it!

The views and location were great, but there were a few downsides. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, even though our room was on the 7th. We also had to go to a different building for breakfast. And when it rained, there was a drumming sound from the ceiling, so I had to deduct some stars for the facilities. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location right by Hoan Kiem Lake was perfect for morning runs and exploring on foot! I also loved the restaurant the staff recommended. Overall, it's a good option if you're healthy and sleep well!

Location: Excellent. City centre along a small lane, near to eateries and lake. Easy to walk around. Service Staff: Staff is helpful and friendly. Room: I was offered a room that was not even make up. The manager quickly came to apologise and bring in an external team to tidy the room. No deny, I’m disappointed. Overall the room is ok with wooden floor (I prefer cos carpet can be dirty if not properly maintain). Room and toilet size are good with all basic toiletries provided. It comes with a bathtub and it’s slippery cos the toilet floor is marble. Furnitures are old and dated with no hangers and broken safe. I never hang my clothes in the cabinet. Breakfast: You need to go their sister outlet next door. Spread is ok and staff is nice and polite. Overall, it’s can be classified as local 3 stars.

The hotel is located in the city centre and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The service is very good — the receptionists are helpful and polite. They explained everything clearly and assisted us with directions when needed. The breakfast was good as well. Special thanks for the delicious Vietnamese coffee! Things that could be improved: Cleaning. Some of the upper shelves in the bathroom (probably not easily visible) were dusty, and the closet had an unpleasant smell. Things the hotel cannot improve but are worth knowing: The hotel is in a very popular area, so the space is limited and may not look as spacious as in the photos. In some rooms, the windows are blocked by a neighbouring building, so there is very little daylight. If you are staying for more than one night, I recommend choosing a room with a proper window. Overall, the hotel is worth the money, considering its location, breakfast, and staff service.

The hotel's location is super convenient. The staff are attentive and responsive. The breakfast is delicious (you have to cross the building to the neighboring hotel for it). My only concern was that there was a fire escape instead of a window.

Nice hotel, good friendly staff that helped us alot. the breakfast buffet was really nice and they switched it up everyday. location is at old quarter as well.

Gracy and David were super helpful and supportive. Especially Gracy, who helped us a lot with luggage handling, storage, and also guided us on what and where to explore around the Old Quarter. Service was genuinely good throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of (which is common across most Hanoi stays) is that rooms aren’t very spacious, as hotels try to utilize every bit of space. Apart from that, everything else was great and comfortable.

Small hotel in old quater. A bit laud outside during day amd night. Breakfast was good, my daughter really liked it. Room was nice and clean. If you want to stay close to old wuater ut can be good choice

Nice location and great service

The room has a mouldy smell. The air con is noisy and not cold. There is a big panel of window in the room, however there is no view instead is a wall and the window can’t be locked. The location is great as is within old quarter. Easily accessible to everywhere. The front counter customer services is friendly and always smiling and greet customers whenever they see them.

Situated in Old Quarter which is strategic, however, we arrived at the extended celebration of VN Independence so most of streets are closed and we have to walk to get to our hotel. Check in process is fast, and the reception staff is very helpful. Room is okay, but noticed bed bugs which is a let down. Water pressure is also not that good. Everything else is okay for a one night stay. Breakfast is good, with pho and pancakes. Overall, an okay stay. Wish cleanliness could’ve been improved but staff were really amazing.

Very nice hotel in an amazingly central location! The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is good, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the lake, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!
