Value for money accommodation in Hanoi.  Staff are very friendly and breakfast has a good daily selection.  The hotel is clean but staff needs to pay more attention to the maintenance of the room. Our room has scratches in some parts of the wall and a chunk of wall is missing in the corner.  Could have been easily rectified with a bit of wall plaster and a paint touch up.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel are just amazing - friendly, considerate and so professional. There is a free laundry service You can contact them thru WhatsApp platform and they will gladly help on any questions you asked them.

My stay with M Village Hotel was great. The room itself was spacious. However, there are approximately 10 staircases at the entrance before we can reach the lobby. It is inconvenient for hotel guests to get through these staircases with their luggage. There were unknown source of noise coming from the street at 7:00 a.m. and I was woken up by the noise.

Super nice and comfortable hotel. Surprisingly the breakfast was super delicious. Hotel provided coffee , and they have a water dispenser. It is about 10 mins walk to old Quarter and train street, and also from Railway station.

This is the best hotel i hv ever stay. Because they have free self service laundry, so we can wash our clothes & dryer up to 8kg at a time. Also have scale in the room so we can scale our luggage weight so it wont be overweight in the airport. This 2 facitilies i like so much. Breakfast is okay and staff is very helpful. I bring 2 kids 5years and 2 years. They all enjoy. We walked to hoan kiem lake and old town area and everything go so smooth. There is even a minimarket across the hotel (in the big builing across this hotel) so its easy to buy water.
