This hotel is not suitable for families who have kids We are lately check in at midnight and our son only 7 years old and share bed with us. They put extra charge VND 150.000/room/night for kids 7 years old.. The reception are very poor in English and with angry face can not explain the hotel regulation as well. room are small and swimming pool area like ghost house. No sign if the pool under renovation or out of order. We are Travelling around Vietnam for 9 days including Halong Bay and Sapa and only this hotel put extra charge for kids. We are not recomended this hotel for couple who have kids.

There were cockroaches in the room, and to my surprise, the hotel charged me 120,000 Vietnamese Dong when I checked out. Even the bottled water wasn't complimentary; because of a comma, it appeared as if four bottles of water cost 120,000, which felt a bit like a rip-off. Also, you couldn't control the air conditioning temperature in the room, making it uncomfortably stuffy.

Room less than to be desired, pictures look actually decent, only to find out cockroach in room. There’s no shower curtain either, so water splashes everywhere in the washroom. Location wise is somewhat convenient, about 10 min walk to stores/restuarants. The only positive is the great customer service at the reception and the butlers. They were very polite and speaks English. They offered to switch room due to cockroach.

Friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Overall, it's a good location. They have a small pool on the roof. I can recommend this hotel with confidence

Nice hotel , good service and clean but located far away from old quarter. Hà Nội’s travel points is old quarter.

Absolutely terrible, and it's hilarious because they didn't even bother to remove the previous guest's negative review! 😂 That last guest complained about bugs in the room, which freaked me out. The showerhead was clogged, spraying water everywhere. The bottled water in the room came in a greasy-looking glass bottle that I didn't dare drink from. Oh, and the bottled water in the minibar? That costs extra. 😅

The facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the mattress is comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up!

The pictures show you a lovely hotel but it was not it was not clean no room service got up this morning to leave down stairs at reception people led all over the place more like a hostel

The hotel is nice. Although far from old quarter area. Still a good place you can crash into. Staff is really sweet, except for the guy who doesn't speak English. But can say it as a pass. Nice.

Average hotel. I’d say worth the price. If you on a budget go for it 😊

Great three star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, quiet. A bit far from the old quarter, downtown areas but the area itself has cafes, small shops for market items, restaurants nearby. I couldn't use the pool because it was rainy but it looked clean like the rest of the hotel. Highly recommended. Good breakfast options too.

The environment is quiet, and hygiene is top-notch. While the facilities aren't super modern, they're perfectly functional. The breakfast offers a good variety. For business trips, this place is stress-free and great value for money. I'll likely book here again next time.

We enjoyed our stay stay here, a quieter location in the city, but still close enough to a few local restaurants and bars. Good accommodation for what it is, and since we only stayed two nights, we didn't get to explore the facilities all that much.

Clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. It's especially suitable for business trips, with many commercial streets and dining options nearby. Just a short walk brings you to a whole street of restaurants, highly recommended for foodies. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
